Located only 10 minutes from historic downtown Hendersonville; 20 minutes from Asheville Airport;
Conveniently located to everything this side of North Carolina has to offer, Historic Hendersonville, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore House, Asheville.
Spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, large walk-in closet on the main floor. Second bedroom with queen bed upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that is needed to make a great homemade meal.
Your options are endless, after an adventure in the area sit back on the covered deck and enjoy an evening glass of wine or coffee in the morning. Overlooking a pond full of life…fish, turtles, ducks.
The home has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Absolutely gorgeous!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Everything was very clean! Owner was very friendly. Close to everything and the kids really enjoyed being by the pond. They enjoyed the friendly ducks greeting them daily. Definitely on our list to stay again!

Beautiful stay in the mountains

The cottage was exactly as described. It was clean with nice amenities, comfortable bed and pillows. Absolutely great for 2 people. Might suggest an additional end table for the couch.

Beautiful and Close to Everything!

We absolutly loved this place! Great location with a nice little pond full of wildlife like turtles and waterfowl. House was clean, quiet, private and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. Close to Hendersonville, Chimney Rock and Asheville so there is tons to do nearby and lots of local taco trucks right down the road. We have stayed in the are several time and this is the best location to be in the middle of everything. Would definitly stay again!

Beautiful Home

We were impressed with the cleanliness and the location of the house. Having the pond with the ducks and geese was a pleasant surprise. We were truly comfortable and look forward to staying there again. The hosts were extremely accommodating for our check-in time and the snacks they provided were an excellent touch.

Perfect Cottage

The place was just perfect. Beautiful furnishings. The cottage appeared brand new. Loved the pond and the way that it sits off of the main road just a bit for privacy. Hosts were easy to communicate with and timely in their responses. I would definitely recommend this cottage when visiting Hendersonville. Just a lovely place.

This place was so peaceful!! Very clean & the pictures were exactly what it looked like!! It was perfect for my mom & son.. We loved the pond & the sweet ducks!!! Location was close to everything.. Everything here was perfect!!! Will stay here again!!!! Loved it!!!!!!!

Simply Amazing

We loved everything about this property! It was practically brand new and super clean. It has everything you need neatly arranged and ready to go (even some welcome snacks, waters and tea/coffee for the morning). Decor is clean and beautiful and the bed was super comfy. It’s situated on a sweet little pond (cute ducks included) with a great porch for hanging out.

Wonderful VRBO!!!

I had the great fortune of staying at this VRBO for 9 days. The location is so peaceful. The pond(which is quite large) has ducks, geese and turtles. The house has everything that one would need. Very well equipped and reflects the love and care that the owners have put into the property. Oksana was a wonderful hostess and immediately responded to any questions. In summary this VRBO is 5 star and above.

Just what we were looking for!

My husband and I needed a little get-a-way, per hubby’s request he wanted peace and quiet to unplug. I messaged the owner about our wishes and he sent me the name of hiking trails and waterfalls close by, as well as letting us know there’s a cute vineyard a mile down the road. The house was clean and felt welcoming. Not over decorated.

We loved our stay

The property was gorgeous! Close to everything North Carolina has to offer. The peaceful pond and their adorable ducks that greeted us every morning was a plus. The home itself was brand new and beautifully decorated with a modern feel. Everything was so clean and well stocked for the whole week we stayed. The host communicated well and we didn’t have any issues. The taco truck down the street was amazing btw. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you again for letting us stay in your gorgeous home. We loved it. ❤️
