La Selva Beach Guest Suite, Pet Friendly

Private, pet friendly, 350sf guest suite (Santa Cruz County Hosted Rental Permit 231263) with bathroom and a food prep area about a mile from Manresa State Beach. A redwood tree shades the adjacent private garden patio where you and your family can lounge or BBQ.

The living area includes a queen bed, dining table with seating for 4, and a comfortable chair with a reading lamp. Free Wifi. A 43-in 4k UHD TV with DirectTV, HBO, Showtime, Netflix and 300+ channels is provided. An elevated queen sized airbed (electric powered) is optionally available in the closet for third or fourth guests.

The food prep area is well equipped with sink, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee making equipment and sufficient tools, dinnerware and cutlery to serve simple pre-made or delivered meals.

The updated bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and window.

From the suite you’ll have direct access to the shared laundry area in the garage with a full sized washer and dryer.

The suite comes equipped with two folding beach chairs, beach towels and a small ice chest in case you want to head down to the beach or out to the mountains for a picnic.

Owing to our proximity to the ocean, temperatures in La Selva Beach are temperate and range from a low of 49 to a high of 74 degrees. There is a heater in the suite along with extra blankets and comforters. On the extremely rare occasions where temperatures rise above 74 degrees we provide a fan.

The guest suite accommodates two adults comfortably. By arrangement made prior to booking, we can occasionally accommodate more guests. A charge of $50 per night, per guest, will be assessed for overnight guests in excess of two for whom no prior arrangements have been made.





If you would like to bring more than two pets please inquire about permission prior to booking. A charge of $25 per night, per pet will be assessed for each pet in excess of two if no previous approval for extra pets has been obtained.

Parking for one vehicle is in the driveway. Parking for additional vehicles  is available  on our quiet residential street.
