Clean rental on the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean room, just a few steps from the beach. We had everything we needed for a short stay. The parking can be challenging but we always found a spot. We would highly recommend this rental!

They are still recovering a bit from the storms past but longboat is a great local get away and this little place was very quiet and nice.

It was an excellent location with beach access that was basically private. Very few people even on days when the public beach was super packed. The resort had umbrellas and wagons for use and it was only a few steps from our room to the beach!

This was a great unit. Had everything we needed. I just wish the bed was larger. We did not sleep well because of the bed size!

Great location

Everything was clean and neat. Bed has seen better nights and pillows were uncomfortable for sleeping.

"A" units are very very small rooms cluitered with kitchen items in a poor attempt to make it appear they're providing more. Bed was broken when we arrived and broke again during our stay. Queen beds shouldn't be supported by only 4 boards...there should be a box spring. Only redeeming quality was location and access to beach.

Property was on the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The unit could have been cleaner. The widow AC cooled the room but was loud and ran constantly. The staff were wonderful and very helpful.

I was a little nervous when I saw some of the recent reviews saying the room wasn’t clean, but honestly this place was so nice! It’s not a brand new resort or anything, but if you’re just looking for a relaxing stay at the beach, this place is perfect! One review said there was mold in the shower, there’s not…the grout is just a little discolored and older, but it’s perfectly fine. I will definitely go back and rebook this resort again someday. The pool was really nice and I love that they provide beach chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles, etc., it made relaxing by the water so much more comfortable!

GREAT

We've stayed at Silver Sands many, many times. This was the first time we rented the "motel room", which was ok, but I would not to that again! We normally rent a one bedroom unit, which is always perfect. But because we booked so late everything else was rented. But would highly recommend Silver Sands. Always totally satisfied.

Not a one bedroom as advertised. A studio with one wooden chair

Great property Very clean People very friendly Advertised as a one bedroom. It was in fact a studio. Had one wooden chair in the room. To make coffee we had to use the bathroom to get water

Lovely place, well situated. But needs to be deep cleaned.

The place was small, but perfect for us, the bathroom had mold in the shower and around the sink. I contacted the office and they told me to get some bleach and clean it myself, and that should take care of it. Will never stay there again.

Lines were all clean & fresh and we had plenty of towels. Bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable.

245A was a nice size room for us. The shower and microwave were dirty. The shower head had hardly any pressure. The first morning we made coffee there was still coffee in it from the previous person.

The bed pictured in the details is not correct. Blanket had stain(photo attached) It was a joke. I think inflate-able mattress would have been an improvement. There was no support and when we laid down the bed basically folded into a V shape. We suffered through 1 night of the 4 booked. Got email from manager day after we left. No reply after with resolution or re-fund. There was a blood stain on blanket which i assume was from past guest as the frame corners were very sharp.
