Serenity by the Sea is a newly renovated retreat located in peaceful Pinewood Preserve in Inlet Beach. Only a half-mile from Walton County's largest public beach access & a community pool just steps away from the front door, serenity in the sun & sugar white sand are calling your name. This home offers three bedrooms, two and a half baths and can accommodate up to eight comfortably. With both bright & cheerful decor, this home's open-floor concept was specifically designed with only R & R in mind!

Upstairs youā€™ll find a beautiful master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and gorgeous en suite bath with large walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second offers two twin beds, both complete with flat-screen TVs. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements.

Nestled in the heart of Inlet Beach, there are a plethora of places to go & things to seeā€¦stunning views, amazing food, upscale boutiques, live music, movies under the stars & even a farmerā€™s market every Saturday in Rosemary Beach. If you are looking for a day away from the sun & sand, you're just a short ride away from Camp Helen State Park, as well as a charming mix of eateries & unique boutique shops at the newly built 30Avenue. Endless options of entertainment await!

Parties, events, pets, & smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited. If found in violation, guests are subject to immediate eviction without refund.

Great vacation

This place has everything you need for the comfort staying. Even soap/tooth paste/shower gel/shampoo and ear buds. Definitely will return to this place again.

I would return

Everything was great, except the parking situation. Going in and out was extremely hard because it was such a super tight area. With many big cars for us was extremely hard to pull out of the area. Going in from the main road was a little scary at night because the main road from the highway doesnā€™t have lights at all and it was one lane street. Too many mosquitoes to where we didnā€™t enjoy staying in the pool or in the patio. Property was new and modern.

Nice House, Not a great Management Company

The house was very nice. It was three bedrooms, had nice furnishings, and had a decent location. It was less than 2-3 blocks from the Inlet Beach public access. It was across the highway, so you still need to drive though. Honestly, the house was great. It had an outdoor shower to wash off when you got back from the beach, and everything you needed. Primarily, the only complaint was the Management Company. The rules were... strict to say the least. They make it very clear that if you leave ANY trash then you will be charged $50 per bag left. You must take all trash, food, or anything that wasn't already there or they'll charge you. You also must wash all dishes before you leave. They also will only provide 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. All of this was fine. However, they only provided 1 garbage bag and then said that we needed to buy our own garbage bags, which doesn't make sense if you want someone to remove all the trash from the house. I have rented a lot of houses and have never had a management company be so chintzy and strict at the same time. It doesn't make sense to require someone to remove all trash before leaving, but also not give them enough trash bags for the week. I called the management company to ask for more bags. They called me back and said they couldn't offer any more as they only provided 1 extra bag. I told them that was ridiculous and complained that they didn't even provide the 1 extra bag, so they finally agreed to drop off more. Finally, you would expect for them to at least have salt and pepper... but they didn't even have that. Overall, I would absolutely rent the house again. It was nice and had the amenities that we needed. I would not rent it again under this management company.
