Great location at East end of 30A Loop with walking/bicycling distance 1/2 mile from the beach. West Shore Place is a unique small neighborhood with a heated pool just north of famous Rosemary Beach and West of upscale 30Avenue shopping/dining. This Immaculate 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 2 story home invites you from a large front porch into a bright large living room area. The house has a modern well-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and elegant dining area. On the second floor, a master bedroom with king bed has flatscreen TV, master bath and large deck. A cozy second bedroom has a queen bed and TV, while 3rd bedroom with two twin beds is decorated in bright joyful colors. A back patio has nature landscape atmosphere. Neighborhood private swimming pool is right across the street. Bicycling is a fun activity in that Area(20+ mile bike trails in the loop area). Various bike rental companies will deliver to the property.

Spring Break 2025

This house was perfect for us.Roomy and convenient to the beach, shopping and just a short drive to Panama City Beach and Pier Park.The host was very responsive and the house was great.

Girls trip

Perfect location for our girls trip! The house was clean, beautiful and accommodating. Beds were comfy and this house everything you need for the beach! This is a perfect place to stay for a beach trip.

Awesome location and great property!

We are a family of 5 and this house was perfect. Great location! Walking/ bike ride distance to most anything you would want. Home is directly across from the pool which was nice! Communication with the owner was amazing! Would most definitely stay there again!

Beach perfection and felt right at home

Everything was perfect: the pool, the short walk to the Rosemary beach, or the quick drive to Inlet Beach (our favorite), the close shops and restaurants, the activities close enough for our teens to walk to but most of all the home! It’s the small things; the blankets to curl up with when you’re chilly, the swim towels available, anything you need to cook a lovely meal, even the charcoal grill! Coffee on the balcony was a hit with the adults. The beds were firm and cozy, and having extra pillows, blankets, bath towels and the washer and dryer ensured we didn’t have to pack excessively. Not one thing was needed for us to feel at home and enjoy our fabulous vacation. It is by far our best 30A spot (home and the location) we have stayed at.

Inlet Beach getaway

Our stay at “The Joint” was great. It was as advertised. Very clean and spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen had all we needed for a few meals in and the house was well equipped with all the extra beach and bath towels and even some beach toys and 3 bikes. The kids love to take the bikes out! The location was great for us as we always drive and park at the public beach access point at Inlet Beach (3 minute drive). This was our 4th time to the area and the location was probably easiest to navigate tonthe places we like to go. The 30Avenue shopping center is walking distance and hosts some great food and shopping as well. Publix grocery store nearby as well as a few of our favorite spots to eat. Overall a great stay and the owner, Marlies, was very responsive and accommodating. We are so glad we found this property and your little neighborhood tucked away off the main drag of 30A. It really was a perfect getaway!

Great property and wonderful location

We have stayed in this neighborhood several times. We really enjoyed this house. It’s located very close to the pool and made it really easy for older kids to swim while the baby napped. The house was clean, well stocked, and didn’t have any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful House

We loved our stay at The Joint. This was our first time to stay off the beach but it had its perks. It was very easy drive to the beach and the access we used at Inlet public beach was not too crowded. The home was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean. Yummy restaurants within walking/bike riding distance at 30Avenue. Town of Rosemary was only a few minutes drive. Host was amazing!!

Perfect beach trip

“The Joint” fit our needs perfectly for a memorable week at the beach. The home is clean and pleasant. We loved the proximity to the neighborhood pool where my boys spent many hours burning energy. My 6 year old even “slept in” until after 8:30am on most days - a rare event. The kitchen has all the gear we needed to prepare big meals. There is an abundance of towels and beach supplies for guest use. Wifi is fast and some wifi range even extended to poolside. We kept all beach gear in our vehicle and drove to the Inlet Beach public parking. Before 10:30am or after 3pm there were open official parking spots. But on popular beach days be prepared to drop everyone off at the boardwalk and find unofficial street-adjacent parking near Hwy98. This was a short stroll. We would stay at The Joint again without hesitation if available next summer.

A+ Location & Cozy Stay!

This house is a perfect spot to enjoy all that 30-A has to offer! Clean, spacious and well appointed with towels, kitchenware, condiments and more. The pool is directly across from the front door and access to beautiful Rosemary Beach is less than a zip over, 5 minute drive. Our family of 4 (2 parents + 2 small kids) enjoyed it so much. Trips down to The Hub, and Seaside were done daily but when we needed a Target run or our picky eaters wanted something a little more traditional, PCB was less than 15 minutes away. The host was super helpful and always quick with any help we needed (locked ourselves out of the house and we had it opened very quickly). Would definitely stay back at The Joint again & hope to soon!

Great place

Place was great. Clean, very big, everything you need except cable! We have a one and a half year old and he couldn’t watch tv the entire time we were there due to there being extremely limited channels. Not a huge deal but bring something for your kids if they want to watch a show or movie at some point. Or if they need to be entertained while the parents are getting ready. Other than that everything else was great.

30A Vacation Rental

Our family had a blast at “ The Joint,” the house was clean, beautiful and felt very homey. The house had everything we needed and we couldn’t have had a better vacation. And to mention, the owners were very kind and helping. We will definitely be coming back again!
