Souls in the sand, A Beachfront Condo

Summary:
Souls in the Sand is a beautiful 2 bed/2bath 3rd floor oceanfront condo with epic views & less than 4 mins for your toes to hit the sand! You will love to catch the breathtaking sunrise from the comfort from your private balcony!
Conveniently located to all things Carolina Beach: biking, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famous boardwalks and fishing piers with great restaurants and shopping! Downtown Wilmington and the airport less than 45 minuets away! Community pool too!

The Space:
The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather.

We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

Guest Access:
This unit is on the 3rd floor
There is no elevator

- two parking spaces in tandem

-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Getting Around:
- Free parking (2 spaces) at condominium - please display parking pass at all times and park in designated parking row. Also note, OVERSIZED trucks/vehicles and overhead storage on vehicles might not fit in covered parking spaces.

-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
Please let us know if you need any recommendations for beach rentals such as bicycles, surf or stand up paddle boards, and golf carts.

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
