Turquoise Place condos are luxury beachfront rentals located in Orange Beach, Alabama. With private hot tubs and gas grills on every Gulf front balcony, Turquoise Place Resort is like no other! Turquoise Place 908D is a beachfront condo with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and over 2400 square feet. The condo includes a gas fireplace, King in the master, King in guest bedroom 1, King in guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the Living Room. At Turquoise Place, you have full access to all amenities including an outdoor lazy river, tennis courts, 2 huge outdoor pools, 2 Huge indoor pools/hot tubs with spacious steam rooms and dry saunas, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center. If you want to stay on the beach in the lap of luxury, this is it!

This property is so beautiful and very convenient. We had a great week there. Close to shopping and restaurants but not in the middle of a crazy driving area. Close enough to Flora-Bama bar.908D is a great unit that I would highly recommend. The oven was the only issue we had on our stay. It takes a VERY long time to heat up.

Musty, Damp and Moldy Unit

The location of this unit and the property was fabulous. This unit however was very damp and musty and had some mold issues. The air conditioner only cooled in the front part of the unit, the kitchen and living area were both always warm. We found a dehumidifier in the utility closet and we had to empty it at least 4 times per day and who wants to worry about that on their vacation?? It really didn’t help anyway. Everything in the unit was damp and everything we brought home was damp and musty. We had to wash all of our belongings because of the smell (even clean ones). If you like hot showers, you are out of luck!! I think we may have each gotten one Luke warm shower and l the rest were ice cold…and we were there a week. If you are planning on using any of the pullout couches or chairs as beds, I would recommend that you don’t. Just bring an air mattress, it will be way more comfortable. This was our second time to stay at Turquoise Place and the first time we didn’t have any issues. We will definitely stay there again, just not this unit.

Summer Vacation 2024

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Here is what we loved about it - spacious living area, fabulous kitchen with sub zero refrigerator, king beds in all 3 rooms, large balcony with hot tub, unit was super clean! We had such a great time! Definitely want to rent this unit again next year!

Large, comfortable and clean

What an impressive condo with beautiful views! We loved our stay and having plenty of personal space helps. While the king mattress is not as soft as i prefer, i still slept very well - and i have back problems. There was plenty of furniture to stretch out on. Large deck with perfect views! Sunrise and sunset! Amenities are great! The gym is the best in all my travels and used it several times. We didnt use the pool (or hot tub tho they did come in and clean it while we were there) other than for a brief sit but it looks nice and there were other people enjoying it. Lazy river is good and nice option. The condo was very clean, appliances in great shape, plenty of dishware. One of the kitchen drawers does not close easily but that's minor. Refrigerator is great and tge separate bar/ice maker is nice to have. The only small issue was the bracelets that did not consistently work to allow entrance back into the condo and into the gym. It wasnt an issue for us since we had 6 bracelets to work with. Our experience with the front desk and security leads me to believe thay would be more than accommodating had we needed their help. So if this happens to you just go ask someone - the staff at every level were incredibly nice. Absolutely would stay here again!

Orange beach vacation!)

We loved the Turquoise palace facility! The hot tubs, pool, lazy river, and luxurious space of the unit were definitely the high lights! We were slightly disappointed with the cleanliness within the condo... tooth paste and hair on the walls, mildew on the bathroom vent and hallway vent. Overall, a wonderful experience though, we will definitely be back!

Great location

Large spacious condo with up to date decor, hot tub and grill on deck and unbelievable beach views. Pools were great. Restaurants galore around. We’ll be back. Air wasn’t great in master bedroom and fan needed to be replaced for more ventilation but otherwise no complaints!

Overall we had a great time. The condo was giant and the pools were great. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo considering how expensive it was.

Spring Break

Turquoise is great for families with small kids x the variety of pools, amenities and proximity to the beach made this a relaxing (as can be with an infant and 2 others) and fun vacation for our family. Would book again!
