For full transparency, we do add a notice of the construction on the website. Please know we have no control over construction, but we do notify our guests once we receive the notice from the HOA. Upon review, we don't see where you contacted our 24/7 Guest Services Team to report issues with the washer or dryer. Here at Southern Rentals. We have local Property Managers who can address any issues reported quickly. Your report has since been documented to get them addressed. Beach view was amazing, location was perfect, door however was very difficult to get to latch when we left, tub and bathroom in general was slightly dirty when we arrived. Hair in tub on walls and floor felt gritty with sand and debris. Beds were clean however they were uncomfortable.

Great getaway!

Property is right on the beach, private balcony, very reasonable for location. Great for a couple retreat. I would recommend something larger for more than two. Inside of condo could have been a bit cleaner, and beds more comfortable with softer blankets.

Great

Perfect for a long weekend. The property has a snack bar, ice machine and an area for donated beach items. The beds we’re comfortable and was perfect for myself and my daughter. Very short walk to the beach. I would stay here again.

I was not happy about the dirty kitchen. We did not eat or make food because when you open the cabinets it's dirty. You can see dirt. There was also a dead bug in the light in the ceiling and was there the entire time.

First time to Panama City and Continental

Older unit but the beds were comfortable and you can’t beat the location. We had some trouble with the door catching when you leave… wouldn’t always latch but we just started double checking to be sure it was latched. There is laundry in the facility just not in the unit and there’s also no dishwasher (the listing didn’t say there was but those were questions we had when we reserved it).

Beach Condo

Condo very old and run down. Front door had cracks on the side and bottom. They only give you 1 roll of toilet paper!!! 1!!! You have to provide hand soap and all other toiletries. Bring your own beach towels. If you rent chairs and umbrella on the beach 40. Only upside was the condo was a decent size, excluding the tiny bathroom. The access to the beach was great. Would not stay here again.

We understand that the condition of the unit and the limited starter supplies affected your experience. Please know that we provide a basic starter kit that includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours. Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase additional items for the remainder of their visit. Beach towels are not provided, and towels and washcloths are supplied based on the unit’s occupancy. While our Guest Services Team did not receive a report regarding the condition of the front door during your stay, a work order has since been created for our property manager to assess and resolve the issue. We truly appreciate your comments and will share your concerns with the appropriate teams and hope to regain your patronage with Southern Vacation Rentals with a future stay!

Location wonderful.. fire alarm Not So Much

The location is absolutely wonderful. Walking distance to different restaurants. The stores are close to stock up before your stay. Beach view is stunning - not a far walk to the beach with your stuff. On the down side.. having the fire alarm go off at 3 am was not ideal. No one could tell us what the issue was. After about 20 mins it finally stopped. It continue to do it everyday just different times. Our door was really hard to shut. The elevator was a hit and miss. Nothing on the host part. They communicated very well and place was just as described. Definitely would stay again.

We had a great view but the mini blinds were in 3 sections. None of them twisted open and closed. We had to manually move each lever through out the day, according to the sun. The toliot didnt flush. Maintenance man came in to fix it and he bumped a towel rack that fell off. The toliet was eventually fixed by a GUEST staying down the hallway. The clip that holds the shower wand in place was broken so the hose layed on the tub floor.The floors were dirty! Dusty foot prints through the condo. Our own feet had to be washed before putting on shoes. We found fries under the edge of the bedding. The outlets were so janked up, our plug in items fell out of the sockets. A previous guest didnt wash dishes. They stacked dirty ones in the cabinets. One of the ice trays had a hole in it. After we filled the freezer, our food was frozen to the bottom.

Very pleased with location ,staff and our overall stay. However was a little disappointed with our room the lamps were rusted all the outlets were loose and would not hold a plug the a/c unit was very dirty had to clean it before running it.If a few updates were made and it was cleaned better would have been perfect
