Please note: A major construction project is scheduled from June 2025 through April 2026. During this time, the pool or portions of the pool may be closed. Construction activity may impact access to units, balconies, and parking areas. Guests may experience construction noise, and workers may be visible on site.

Room was dirty. Piled high with patio.equipment. We asked to be moved. Told them we would pay more. Southern properties are horrible people.

I was unable to stay at this Condo. I was made aware a week before my vacation that the building would be under construction. When i contacted Long beach Condominiums I was told that the owns have known and where aware long before i was told. With that being said i had to change condos and was not happy with the view of the new condo since i had view from all rooms in the condo.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Location is great. Easy access on and off the property with 24hr security. On our second day, we had a surprise visit from maintenance who entered the property while we were inside. BUT, I assumed they figured no one was inside after there was no response to the previous knocks - I was on the balcony, my husband was in the room napping, and my girls were in the other room and by the time my 13yr old came to let me know someone was at the door, maintenance opened the door, announced themselves and reason for visit - to fix sliding door that was off track. They offered to return later but it was no problem because the door was off track. They repaired the door in 10 mins or less. Apparently, they were responding to a maintenance order that was placed before our scheduled stay because we were not aware they would possibly be stopping by (unless it was overlooked in email). But, overall, the place is great, just right for our family. Thank you for sharing your home!

For the most part it was a nice place, few little quirks, but they got resolved pretty quick

First and foremost, the company that manages this property was top notch. When we got to the condo, we found that the main door to the balcony would not close. They had some one there in less than a hour, he was not able to fix it, but a few days later another company came in and did fix it. They where excellent and professional with all communications. One thing we did notice, the unit was clean, but the floors where not. Walking around the first two days, our socks and feet where just dirty, I ended up using the vacuum and cleaned the floors myself. There is a ceiling fan in the main room, it worked, but the remote to turn the lights off or on, or to adjust the speed of the fan, was not there. Only other complaint, and this may be me being petty. My wife and I are in our mid 50s, the balcony did have two sets of high top tables with 4 chairs per table. For older people it can be hard to get in and out of those seats, it would of been nice to have one lower table and chairs. We ended up buying a couple folding camp chairs from Walmart. We have been staying at Longbeach resort condos for close to 10 years now, and have stayed in several different units over the years. I would rank this unit 8 out of 10 overall. And if the price was right, would rent this one again.
