Brand new EVERYTHING! Be one of the first people to stay in this HUGE, gorgeous unit at Long Beach Resort, located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Just steps from the beach and everything you need is here in this completely remodeled and perfectly decorated condo!! Beach chairs are also included when you book this property.

Enter into the all-white kitchen and enjoy the granite counters, stainless steel appliances and HUGE island. Completely stocked with everything you need to cook gourmet meals, you can chat with family at the large island, or keep your eye on the big game in the den, just steps away in the living area. The open concept layout makes this a perfect space for entertaining, whether you are watching movies on the flat screen TV, making cocktails at the *wet bar* or relaxing at sunset on the terrace overlooking the white sand beach. Don't forget about family game and movie nights in the large living area with plenty of seating for everyone!

You will have more space than you need here! The Master bedroom has a King bed, with an en suite bathroom, its own flat screen TV and AMAZING ocean views. The spa- like bathroom is completely renovated and the furnishings and linens are new in ALL bedrooms. The second bedroom has a King bed as well, and its own remodeled bathroom with double vanities and new tile. The third bedroom has 2 Queen beds, a flat screen TV and its own bathroom just steps away. The third bathroom is ALSO remodeled with room for plenty! There is an additional Queen sleeper sofa in the den if needed. The FULL sized washer and dryer is in the unit for your convenience.

Just steps from the ocean, your days will be filled with beach activities, pool time and shopping. The resort even features a fitness center. And TWO Beach Chairs are INCLUDED in your rental!!! Pier Park is nearby, and you and your guests will never be bored! This gorgeous unit will book FAST, so get your dates booked with us ASAP and start your vacation! There are amazing amenities on site, such as the Hangout Grill, which is now open.

Renter must be at least 25.

Starting in August 2025 Long Beach Resort will be commencing renovations with an expected completion date of April 2026. This will include repairing concrete columns, balcony slabs, hallway walkways and stucco. The construction crew will be committed to mitigating disruptions as much as possible. Pools will be off-limits for much of the construction time and balconies will be inaccessible for a period starting in November 2025. Noise levels will vary and occasional jackhammering of concrete will create high noise levels during this time.

We had an amazing experience at this property! The location was perfect, the amenities were excellent, and the customer service truly stood out.A special thanks to Hallie, who was incredibly helpful and responsive when we requested a late checkout. She did her best to accommodate us and arranged a 1 PM checkout at no extra charge, which we greatly appreciated.Weā€™d also like to thank Anna, who promptly assisted us when we had an issue with the door codeā€”her support made a big difference.Overall, our stay was very satisfactory. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The unit was beautiful. We had a couple minor issues that the property manager promptly took care of. The pool was partially closed due to construction on the building opposite ours so that was a minor inconvenience but out of the control of the property owner. Overall, this is our 5th time visiting Panama City Beach and staying at this resort. Would definitely book again!

Great space to stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. Location was good and beach was very nice and not overly crowded. Just note that the sleeping space of ā€œdenā€ is the living room.

Seamless process from booking to checkout. Had minor issues with parking passes but this was quickly resolved through texting. Another issue with stand-alone ice maker and maintenance came back two days to troubleshoot but it unfortunately wasnā€™t fixed. Housekeeping did bring us a bag of ice to get us through which was very nice!Overall, this location & condo layout are just perfect! The beds were comfy and the three bathrooms were a blessing for our party of eight. And thenā€¦.there was the wonderful patio! Spacious and perfect for a large family vacation. Best morning coffee Iā€™ve had in a while!Thank you for sharing your beautiful, beachy condo! We will be back!!

Million dollar view from our condo. Check in & out process was very easy. Pool area and beach were very nice and well kept. The guys working on the beach were very helpful.

This was a great property! It was in the perfect location. Gorgeous views and pictures match perfectly with the condo. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. We would definitely come back to stay again! No complaints.

Very nice condo

We have stayed in a lot of condos . This was definitely our favorite . The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need . It is in a great location. We saw lots of dolphins from the balcony. We hope to come back next year.

This condo has everything you need to cook with or if you don't want to cook it's close to great restaurants! What a Gem!

This property was exactly as described and it was just as pretty as it was in the pictures! We were located in tower2 and had close access to the hot tub, pool, lagoon pool, and the beach. Elevators were very fast, check in was easy, and we had the most amazing well stocked kitchen! Love the large screen tv in all rooms and the beds were so comfortable! So tastefully decorated and it was a joy to stay there!

The condo was immaculate and very well kept. The ambiance was beautiful and we were there celebrating my BFF's wedding. We had an amazing time and enjoyed ourselves very much. We come to Long Beach twice a year and will definitely be back next year. Thanks so much!

Excellent Unit

This was an awesome unit. Very clean, well stocked kitchen with updated appliances and very stylish bedrooms. Mattresses in room with 2 queen beds had a great mattress topper but mattress under that makes you roll to one side and the toilet was on the tall side but other than that it was great, best unit we have ever stayed at with Long Beach Resort, will definitely stay again!

THE BEST CONDO

This condo exceeded all expectations. I donā€™t know if we would ever be able to top it. High quality furniture , appliances, and layout. The Resort is great with multiple pools, a bar, and heated pools that are open until midnight. We went with our adult sons and their children. the rooms are perfect for a multi family vacation. Each room had their own bathroom and view of the ocean. Also, security is on top of things here so you donā€™t have to worry about people coming in from other places to overcrowd the pool or beach. A+ and a job well done with this spot!

Fantastic stay!

Perfect location, condo, weather and everything else. All problems except one were fixed within 24 hours. Parking passes were supposed to be in the room. We called every day and never did receive parking passes. The security was very understanding but it was a bit annoying to have to explain our situation every time we came in the complex.

Large condo

The 3 bed/3 bath condo was very spacious with all the ammenities needed. The large balcony and views were awesome. We did have issues with the televisions, one of which never was usable during the week. (89yr old Mom, just wished a working television in her room in the evenings) She could only utilize the one bedroom, as it was the only one with a walk in shower.

Comfortable beds

The listing is as stated. Two of the bathrooms are not updated, but functional. Mattress are comfortable. Kitchen was great, there is a separate ice maker which was a big plus!! The patio furniture is cheap and needs to be updated. We rent at Long Beach every year and enjoy sitting on the balcony and the furniture is the cheapest and most uncomfortable we have ever rented.

Family Vacation

My family and I have been traveling to PCB for years and always stay at Long Beach Resort. This was our first time in this condo, it was great! The condo had top of the line appliances which was nice since we cooked in the condo each night due to the pandemic. HUGE BONUS was the Separate ice maker! That thing saved us so much money from having to go buy bags of ice each day for our cooler, that was a nice little surprise :) The beds were comfortable but the couch could use an update. Itā€™s a leather couch which I like but the bottom cushions do not stay in place. Plenty of seating at the island and table & I enjoyed the condo being on the 7th floor. Wasnā€™t too low, or too high. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
