Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Siesta Key. Would have liked the condo to be a little more updated and the round table was awful and there's a big crack on the stove. Just needs to be updated a little bit and it would be a gym. Located in the right place and we had a blast.

Great location, not so great accommodations

The location of this VRBO is great. It is truly within a two minute walk to pristine Gulf waters. The check in process is easy and the unit was ready upon our arrival.Our unit was fairly run down and there were several issues: dust in several places such as ceiling fans and on top of the fridge, clogged kitchen sink with a food disposal that wouldn’t work, iron table that wouldn’t fully close (this is an issue since it has to stay open and the place is not huge), the sofa bed is in extremely bad shape and almost impossible to sleep on it, and the range glass was fractured, making it dangerous to cook on. The worst issue of all was the pool. It was moldy and the water level was well below the skimmer level. A big reason why we rented this place was to be able to enjoy the pool in the evenings after a full day of beach activities. Needless to say, it was very disappointing. Conclusion: we will continue to go back to Siesta Key but will not be staying at The Beach Club.

It was nice and having the swimming pool outside the front doors made for fun for all. We were less than 200 steps from the beach and spent much time at the beach. Over all our vacation was great.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THIS IS THE 3RD TIME WE GO TO bEACH CLUB SIESTA KEY. WE ALWAYS FOUND IT VERY COMFORTABLE AND NICE PEOPLE. THIS TIME WE DIDN'T HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE WIFI THAT WE COUDN'T USE IN THE 16 DAYS WE STAID AND THE CLEANNIG OF THE PLACE. WE FOUND UNDER THE BED ONE CHILD SOCK AND A BOTTLE OF EMPTY WATER. THE OVEN WAS DURTY AND WE DIDN'T HAVE BLANKED IN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS. WE HAD TO BUY ONE. THE CARPET WASTN' CLEAN NEITHER. ONE WEEKEND A NEIGHBOUR WAS MAKING NOICES VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING (2 DAYS) AND FINALLY THE POLICE CAME. I HOPE NEXT TIME THINGS WILL BE BETTER BECUASE WE LOVE THE PLACE AND SARASOTA ITSELF.

Nice Getaway

I searched online and found this place for me and my teenage sons during their spring break. The layout of the Beach Club was good, just steps to the beach, and restaurants, bars, and convenience store all within a block or two. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and we agreed we would stay here again.

Beach wedding stay

Property is nice, location - excellent. Not a lot of free space in unit. We had 3 adults & 2 children (4 & 1 yr) & spent a good bit of time tripping over one another but intentions weren’t to be spending a lot of time in unit. We all had a great time at pool, lots of complimentary items to use at beach! We had family booked in several units on property & the grilling area at pool was nice for all of us to have a cookout night.

Paradise in Siesta Key Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We overall enjoyed this property. The location to the beach was great, not far of a walk with elderly parents. We loved the pool, and use of pool toys and beach umbrellas was very convenient. Check-in was easy, as was check-out. The room was decorated very nice. Our biggest suggestion would be to add a few more amenities in the kitchen. We only had one cereal bowl, no set of drinking glasses, no dish rag, no pizza cutter, and there was something wrong with the faucet so it only came out with the pressure so water would spray everywhere. There was not much counter space, but we made ok. The room could also use another arm chair as there was only a sofa and one extra seating chair, other than the kitchen seating. The bedrooms were nice, with great storage, and the bathrooms were nice as well. Our only complaint was the kitchen items, but it didn't ruin our vacation one bit. The pool could use some updating of the pool chairs, but it was clean and beautifual. The hot tub was nice as well.

Pleasant experience

The pool needs to have the filter run more frequently, cleaned the pool myself with the net every day. Otherwise everything was excellent and would highly recommend. In addition, the location cant be beat!

A bit disappointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is excellent, pool was very clean and Staff excellent. The unit was well equipped with very clean towels and bed sheets. The staff was very nice. However there were some maintenance issues,, from the time we got there one of the toilets was not flushing and the kitchen drain was not flowing nor was the trash compactor working so the water stayed in the sink. I reported this immediately to the office but it only got fixed the next day.The floor was also sticky not sure what product was used to clean it. The remote controls for the TV are very outdated the and the battery cover kept falling off. There wasn’t enough silverware for 4 people I.e. only one teaspoon and no tablespoons, to name a few. On our last night the water in the showers on either bathroom was not flowing It was passed the office hour and I reported this through the 1-800 number finally I got a call from the resort manager who was doubting that that could be possible as the showers had been working ok up to now, any ways he made it possible for us to use another unit to shower. Next day a Technitian came over and found out that the hot water valve had been turned off!! In my opinion all these items should have been detected prior to our arrival only if a good inspection of all operating parts had been done prior to the next guest arrival. In regards to the hot water issue apparently the valves are easily accessible and it can be tampered with, may be a lock should be considered

Close to beach

Check in process was super easy. The beach is super close. Pool was great besides younger adults coming late at night to swim, who are not staying at the location. Overall, happy with the place and price

Fla Vacation 2023 -Siesta Beach Club

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: -Property description and location was accurate.-The property was NOT well maintained. One of the toilets did not flush at first, until I repaired it. One of the shower drains did not drain properly. I had to put a bar of soap under the stopper to keep it up so the water could drain. It is not good to take a shower and the bathtub fills up with water over your ankles. The drain pipes need to be snaked out or drano used to unclog the pipes. Once those items were "fixed", our stay was very pleasant. -The property was cleaned when we arrived and ready as indicated at 4:00 PM-The manager was notified of these issues and was very pleasant.-Yes I would recommend this property to a friend, knowing that the deficiencies listed above were fixed by the owner or managing agent.-We enjoyed the pool, beach, golf and local restaurants.

Overnight stay for a baseball tournament

Was a very short stay, but so relaxing. Enjoyed our stay, quiet and relaxing. Staff was great, Jamie checked us in, was super nice and very helpful. Family all wants to come back for a week long stay now.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Beach Club is a short walk to the beach and is in a quiet area of Siesta Key. The condo is a short walk to restaurants and shops. The condo should really only sleep 4. The pull out couch is rough and not good. The master room bed is worn out and noisy, needs replaced. The kitchen area is nice with limited utensils to cook meals. Appreciated having a washer and dryer in condo. It was nice having two pools to access and close parking. There were plenty of beach chairs to use along with umbrellas. The staff was accommodating and was able to assist with minor needs. The condo area was clean and the outside trash cans were emptied daily. Inside the condo was satisfactorily clean. With having one couch, there is limited seating for more than 4 guests. There was a single chair along with the couch, and the kitchen chairs are the other seating options. The bathrooms had plenty of room and quality showers.

Great apartment for 2 people. Close to beach. Needs a coat of paint. If you arrive at night the markings for the building are difficult to see.

February Short stay

Finished up my cruise with 2 nights Sarasota Everything was great except the washing machine was broken, and the pull out couch was broken and had a lot of difficulty opening up.
