Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great with access to the beach very close. Some good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The property was little underwhelming but not horrible. We had to call the after hours number for sheets for the pull out, there were none but plenty of pillowcases. We were guided on how to get into another unit to get the shed that were needed. We enjoyed ourselves and went with the flow.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Beach Club rentals for years. However, we have noticed the decline of the property the past few years but regardless, itā€™s so close to the beach that we have come back. This year really put an end to going back again 😞. The apartments were dirty, sofas were filthy and stained, the oven was full of grease and had used aluminum foil in the oven that was not thrown out from the previous guests.Under the beds, the carpet was full of dust and dirt and to top it off,there was a pair of dirty female panties in one of the closets. Two live roaches roaming around that we had to get rid off. You would think that if you get charged a cleaning fee, the rental should actually be clean. Definitely a no return experience for our family.

Great location

This was our second time staying here and will hopefully return again in the future. Great size for a family of four. Loved being able to walk to the beach or just down to the pool.Landscaping work was being done on the property during our stay that made parking hard to find.

The property looked just like it does online. There was a patio that we didnā€™t know about. That was just for us. That was very nice. Itā€™s on the end so it was very quiet and private. The kitchen could use some more amenities. We only had two glasses in the unit. We had a great time though, easy to get to the beach.

Having to use a toilet plunger while standing in old shower water to get it to drain very slowly at that wasnā€™t fun. Having to to this the whole trip got very frustrating. The unit was nice just as described but there was only one glass cup to drink out of. That was odd.

We love the location and the peacefulness of the property itself but it seems as though whoever owns the place has let things go by the waist side. For instance the unit was dirty, the door was filthy, shower scum, sink scum in the edges. The walls where head board all chipped, bathroom faucet broken, the locks to lock the room hardly work, the beach chairs and umbrellas were broken, the pool was murky and one of the toilets wasnā€™t working. I just feel for the price you pay to stay down there these places should be in tip top shape.

It was a great location for our 2 teenage girls. They could go to the beach, walk around the area, get ice cream without feeling unsafe or nervous. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was perfect for our needs. Parking was always available and the condo was right next to the beach. The nearby restaurants are very crowed after 6 pm so we had to plan dinner accordingly to avoid long wait times. We would definitely come back.

Very convenient

Overall, we had a great stay. The condo was clean and as described. We had a few broken appliances and the kitchen is pretty basic. We ate out for the most part so we were ok with it. The property provided dish soap, laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. This was so helpful. They were also very responsive at helping get more beach towels. The ac worked wonderfully as well. We did have a challenge with the pool being too chlorinated but there was a second pool available. Final thought is that there is a bit of a sewer smell near the beach due to legal pumping from the building near by. Overall we would return again.

Fantastic location! Love the condo, pools, easy access to the beach! Totally exceeded our expectations. Impressed w the entire island! Super easy to navigate. We were even comfortable letting our kids take trolley/golf carts to the village. Planning our next trip back to SK soon.
