Iā€™m going to start with the only downfall was communication. They werenā€™t great about communication until a few days prior. I had a few questions after booking and didnā€™t hear back for awhile! Minor things! But they did get back to me!! When we arrived the office manager was amazing! So kind and made sure our questions were answered and accommodating!!! The place itself was amazing! 106D Iā€™m going to tell you it looks exactly like it does in the pictures!!! I would pack a few extra cleaning rags to wipe off surfaces and it did have a musty smell To it! But that is it!!! Once agian minor things! We loved the fact that we were so so close to the beach! This location is located by crescent beach and what I witnessed the short time there is itā€™s less busy than siesta key beach! Everyone we ran into was so nice! It was nice we could take the trolley or frog hopper to the village! The pool was awesome! The hot tub was awesome! There was a lot of beach chairs you could borrow also a lot of umbrellas you could take and return at end of day!!! My only recommendation would be maybe a cooler per unit to take to beach!! Lennyā€™s pizza in saracosta was awesome! Gilligans in siesta keys was awesome!! Big cat Sanctuary was awesome located in saracosta! I loved that where this condo was located wasnā€™t so busy and overpopulated!!! We will definitely be back to 106D!

Stayed here with my family of four for spring break. Great location, just a few steps to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Overall great but

Overall the property was nice, staff was very nice, and was a typical beach hotelā€¦ complementary chairs and umbrellas were a very nice touch. The room was well decorated and had nice amenities but a few minor things added up. The lock on the front door was so corroded the front office had to soak it in WD-40 before the key would even go into the lock, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was falling off, the shower head leaked badly, the sheets were scratchy. Overall would say it was great, just not excellent. Just a note, this room is right off the pool so you can hear everything going on in the pool, but we didnā€™t have a problem of people being loud super late. Most of the beach of this area is private, so the public beach sand you do have access to is very limited.

The property was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.Initially, we thought we would be staying directly on Siesta Beach, but the resort is actually closer to Crescent Beach. While it's a bit more secluded, it was still a beautiful spot with soft white sand and clear waters. If you're looking for a quieter and less crowded alternative to Siesta Beach, this is a great option.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. The accommodations were comfortable, the location was peaceful, and it was still easy to access the main areas of Siesta Key. Weā€™d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing beach stay!

Great location, unit just okay.

The location is great, near the beach (4 min walk) and restaurants. Although the part of the beach you are actually allowed to sit on is pretty narrow. The unit looks great, but the dishwasher is not working and we unfortunately had some cockroaches. It took 24hrs for pest control to come and treat, thank you! But I had to call multiple times and leave messages, they forgot to call me backā€¦ But pest control finally made it and told us it was a minor problem. The dishwasher was never repaired. We had to ask for beach towels, only one was in the unit. Pretty much all the beach gear is broken or in poor condition. When whe were there, two nights out of three there were parties in the pool, up to 1:30 AM. People mounting chairs and jumping in the pool, putting chairs in the pool, loud musicā€¦ The unit in just in front of the pool so this can be quite a sleep preventer. Of course, this is not the staffā€™s fault. The staff was very nice. Overall, great location, ok unit, party atmosphere while we were there. We will not go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year staying here and overall satisfied. Professional staff and a location that cannot be beat for its price. Multiple minor issues with the unit: loose tp holder, loose towel rack in main bath, no stopper for kitchen sink, lack of cooking spoons, spotty wifi. One or two of these are not a concern, a longer list like this is. Biggest difference from last year's stay despite being in a nicer unit, but one that is easily addressable.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at this property, last time was 10-12 years ago and it could use some attention. Towel bar needs new bulldogs, no toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms. Cable and WiFi did not work. We requested assistance twice and it was not resolved, thank goodness for SmartView from my phone, because with the 10in of rain we received, we needed a bit of entertainment for the kiddos. Also had to go to the office to obtain additional trash bags for the tiny kitchen trash can. We stayed in a 2 bed/2 bath unit and it needs a larger kitchen trash can. Staff was very friendly. Access to beach was wonderful and we used the Calini pool across the street most, which is very nice and was part of the amenities. Overall it was eh, ok.

Winter vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed of the property several times. We enjoyed the location of this unit and stayed in it last year as it is close both pools. When we arrived, there were dirty dished in the sink, and the unit was less than clean. The sink in the master bathroom still leaks as it did last year. We found several cockroaches in the master bath and kitchen as we did last year. We were assured last year when we re-booked for this year that this would not be an issue. The dryer broke after a few days and the property manager said she would have someone take care of it. A maintenance/repair man did come but did not return to fix it. The toilet in the master bathroom would not flush and my husband fixed it. It's really a shame because we love the location and the property itself. Unfortunately, we will not rebook for next year.

Girls trip

We had a great time! The property was in the perfect location for walking to restaurants, bars, convenience store, and the beach! The hot tub felt great and pool area was nice. The condo was nicely stocked and set up great for our group of four. We would all go back again!
