Family and Kid Friendly, walk to shops at The Big Chill right out the front door. This home is one of only five units like it on the south side of 30A right at the Big Chill. 


Great pull out, two-person bed in living room, way more comfortable than a pull out couch. There is plenty of room for gathering while meals are prepared as the open floor plan allows for easy sight into the living area.  Three sets of double french doors open out to your balcony.


Checkout the balcony in the pictures, DIRECTLY overlooking the dozens of shops and venues at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub).  Kids can build a bear eating ice cream. Moms get your hair AND nails done sipping coffee or wine. Dads can stop by Luke Bryan's cigar bar and watch the game. The Big Chill has a large stage for concerts/activities and amassive jumbotron screen.

Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
