With 1,700 sq ft of cozy-cabin goodness, this spacious cabin features 2 levels, 2 electric fireplaces, a pool table, and 2 lovely decks for endless entertainment. You’ll also have access to a pool and hot tub, perfect for your mountain stay! With no crazy-steep mountain roads, it's just a quick and easy drive to Gatlinburg. Accommodating up to 9 guests with 5 beds, Bear Haven is your ideal space for fun and relaxation!

Guest Access:

✹ Guest will have access to the entire cabin & all of the amenities.



✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home. Community has two pools available for guest use. Pool 1 is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and Pool 2 is open from May 1 through late September.



✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and a starter pack of toiletries to get your vacation off to a hassle-free start. The starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at nearby stores.



✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for4 vehicles in the large driveway. Additionally, we have a free EV charger for your convenience.

Getting Around:

If you’re heading to downtown Gatlinburg, driving is quick and easy—it’s just 2 miles away. However, once you're in town, parking can be limited, so you may want to park in one of the public lots and explore on foot.



For those who prefer not to drive, the Gatlinburg Trolley is an excellent option. The trolley system covers key areas of Gatlinburg and nearby Pigeon Forge, with stops near popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. You can catch the trolley at multiple locations throughout town, making it a great way to get around without the hassle of parking. There’s even a free Parkway Trolley that operates seasonally, taking visitors up and down Gatlinburg’s main strip​. If you’re interested in exploring the nearby Great Smoky Mountains National Park, many trailheads are just a short drive away.
