Very Disappointed
Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

When we first got our stuff in our room, the room was filthy. Dirt everywhere. Rug and couch was so disgusting we had to cover them in sheets to sit in them. They looked like something they picked up from the goodwill. The toilet in the master bath would fill 3 or 4 times a night that was very loud and would wake you all night. There was a constant drip in the bathtub. The pools were closed by 6:30. When we got there I had to call and complain about the room and they sent someone up within the hour to clean it. But seeing our stuff was already there we couldn't just leave and do anything until she was finished. Then that night we went to bed there were no flat sheets on 2 of the beds just the blanket that they don't wash was thre over the sheet. Had to call the next morning she came up within the hour and checked to make sure we wasn't lying about the sheets then left them with us. The elevators stayed broke more than they worked and we had 2 disabled elderly women with us that only left the room a couple times because of the inconvenience of the broken elevator. When I called to book my stay I specifically asked for a room by the elevator because of the elderly women who really wanted to go to the beach. They assured it was a new elevator on that end and thought we would be pleased. We were not pleased and room 532 is by far the worst room I have ever had at the summit.
