The Summit Condominium Resort will be undergoing a Balcony Maintenance Project from January 1 until May 1. Construction will be taking place from 7am until 7pm Daily.

At this point in time - there is temporary railings are installed and balcony is still able to be used, with just limited space.

This is due to the Milestone Inspection requirement by the State of Florida. Balcony will be closed ONLY when work is being performed on the balcony but will otherwise remain available for use during this project. However construction noise can be expected.
