Just like home!!!

Beautiful views of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world. Wake up to a sunrise every morning that looks like you are right on the ocean, one of Panama City Beach's finest high-rise complexes. Large spacious unit has a master bedroom with king bed and a second bedroom with (2) queen beds. The large deep balcony is accessible from the Master bedroom or the living room both overlooks one of the most private and roomiest on the beach, has an incredible view of 'The Worlds Most Beautiful Beach' and Gulf of Mexico. Lot's of room and fun for the whole family. We hope you enjoy your vacation home as much as we do.

Gulf Get Away

A long awaited get away to the beautiful beaches of the gulf. The two bedroom condo at Windcreat was neat, clean, and well equipped. My teenage son and his friend had a great time at the great pool, beach, and tennis courts. Owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. I hope we can return. Great place! Great beach front view!

Condo was beautiful! Thank you for sharing. My only complaint was them working on decks. It was all day long. Jackhammers are not quite and shavings were flying all over!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed the condo. Weather and gulf wasn't ideal but that's not in anyone's control. Double red flags the entire length of our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this condo again.

I wish i had known from the beginning

There was mold in the bathrooms on the showers and shower curtains. This made my little girls very sick. My teen daughter broke out in a rash from head to toe and my youngest girl has a horrible cough and allergic attacks still because of the mold.

Great condo & area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is much prettier than the pictures, we were very pleased. We loved the area as it’s a little further from the super busy area.

Beach Vacation

Loved the beach, way too many people. However, it was the first holiday of the summer. Traffic was terrible. Took on average 45 minutes to go nine miles! Would recommend instructions on how to operate remotes for TVs, that cleaning staff change air return filters, and master bedroom mattresses were up to high for an elderly person.

We have stayed at several condos within Watercrest property, This rental was clean, nice new clean open kitchen, the beds were very comfortable and we were very pleased with it!! We would stay again!!

Great Balcony and very updated look

Our family has stayed here twice. We love the stylish concrete floors, Updates look, big balcony and the fact that we can use the separate elevator in the building that only goes to the 6th floor... real quick access to pool/beach and parking lot. The resort isn’t too big so never been crowded in our opinion. There is an open lot next to the resort which helps with the beach not being too crowded. Great place to stay!

Extremely Cozy

Very updated condo and love the decor. The contrete stamped floors throughout looked really nice and easy to sweep. There is an elevator at this place that only serves the 2-6 floors so makes it so easy to come and go since this condo is on the 6th floor. Will definitely return.

Excellent!

It was beautiful! We had such an amazing time! Tv in front bedroom didn’t work and would come on randomly and tv in master didn’t work so I used my amazon fire stick the whole week. The beds were soooo comfortable I slept better than I ever have in my entire life! View was amazing and kitchen was beautiful! We will love to stay again someday !

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our time at the beach. This condo has been remodeled and they did an amazing job. Owner was easy to deal with and wanted to make sure our stay was as expected. It exceeded our expectations. This is a must book... except the week we want it each year. Ha. Thanks for everything. I will be back.

Such a cozy condo!! Watercrest condos.

Lovely beachy feel! Great concrete floors for easy cleanup and kept us cool on really hot humid days. No hangers provided so be prepared. High end appliances, washer and dryer were great! Need better cable lineup but there are tvs in each room and family room. Beds are firm so if that's your thing, you will love it!!! They are all in great shape - fairly new. Decor is fantastic! Outdoor furniture and balcony is so great to sit and listen to ocean. View is fab! The owners had great communication and very nice. There is a snack bar at the location and was convenient while at the beach. Beach chair service is great too but remember to find Mr Jimmy who takes care of this units chairs. Great water pressure in showers and kitchen. Great a/c which is verrrry important! Very happy with our 10 days there.

The condo’s oceanfront location is nice. The free beach chairs were nice. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. But a guy with no name tag or identifying clothing attempted to spray for bugs during our stay despite our welcome letter saying nobody would enter the unit while we were there. Construction equipment eliminated many parking spaces and caused no parking spaces to be available nightly. Neither the security guard nor the rental office wanted to help resolve the parking issue. While sitting on the balcony we smelled second hand smoke several times and even marijuana the last day despite no smoking signs being posted all over the property. And to top it off, it took us two months to get our deposit back. For the price there are many better options than the Watercrest property.

Great time

Had a great time, this place is so relaxing. Condo had everything we needed and more. Clean, comfortable and somewhere I would like to stay at again. Beach chairs were great didn't have to sit or lay in the sand, this was a plus that it was free for the chairs.

We have always wanted to have a home at the beach and have looked for years. The Watercreast Resort condo's are large and fit our family best. There is so much to do either at the beach or onsite. We are so glad we choose Panama City as our second home. Before we had rented a unit off the computer and it was not what we expected and was very run down & dirty, we never want that to happen to any of our guest in our home. We do everything we can to make sure we meet or exceed our guest expectations.

WaterCrest is a very quite but beautiful complex, and has a lot to do onsite. But is very close to the mall and other attractions your family will want to do. The complex went through a major renovation the last year and it looks and feels like new building.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We have paid attention to detail in our home, Clean, newly decorated rooms. We have a large family so having all the things you would need in a kitchen is a plus and having such large rooms gives everyone there own space. We want everyone that stay's will us to enjoy and be as comfortable here as they are in there own home. We never want anyone to be dispointed as to there stay with us in our home.
