The best of Deer Valley without the cost! This Fox Bay ski retreat is perched across the main road from the Deer Valley Gondola in the hottest new section of town known as Mayflower! A dramatic lake and mountain view await from this cozy ski retreat!

Just a 10 minute highway drive into historic Park City Main Street and a 2 minute drive from the neighborhood into the Jordanelle Deer Valley Gondola parking lot, the Fox Bay neighborhood is positioned perfectly to all the Park City & Deer Valley areas have to offer.

A fresh remodel boasts new finishes and furnishings, with a King master suite, a Queen suite with a Queen sleep sofa as well. The ambient living area with new stacked stone fireplace, flat screen TV and custom ski map wall covering. The newly remodeled kitchen and dining area have bright light bursting through the windows along with panoramic views of Jordanelle reservoir and surrounding mountains. Furnished to sleep 6 travelers comfortably, this condo offers underground parking, a common area pool which is heated seasonally in summer, and a common hot tub available year-round.

Enjoy the nearby ski access most notably to Deer Valley only 2 minutes away, and a 7 minute drive time to Park City Mountain Resort or 10 minutes to the base of Canyons Resort. In summer enjoy boating, hiking, biking, or lake activities at the nearby Jordanelle Reservoir, and hiking or biking on Deer Valley's trails.

Drive into historic downtown Park City easily from this location for shopping, dining, and nightlife. A quick easy access highway drive from the condo to Salt Lake City International Airport is just 30 minutes or so, making a quick trip easy and effortless for our guests.

This is arguably the most covered Fox Bay condo with idyllic views, new finishes and furnishings, and access to all four seasons of year round adventure Park City and Deer Valley areas have to offer!

A great home base to explore the ski resorts of Utah. Very close to downtown Park city and Deer Valley ski resort. Pretty views and a cozy living space. Kitchen was very well stocked.

Great spot!

It was very clean, easy to get to and close to all kinds of things. We skied deer valley (15 minutes), Alta/snowbird (45 minutes) and snowbasin (50 minutes). The condo had all the things we needed and we went to Heber city for groceries. We had a great time!

Lovely stay

Very nice updated condo!

Condo was very nicely updated. Furniture and the furnishings were very nicely decorated. The view from the condo of the lake is absolutely beautiful. Full kitchen with so many appliances and kitchen gadgets and necessities making it easy to eat at the condo while staying here. Beds were super comfy and there is even a washer and dryer to use while there. This condo is actually a 2 bedroom 2 bath, which I believe the listing is incorrect and states it is 1 1/2 baths. This condo has a nice fireplace in living area to relax on the couch after a long day of skiing. If you are skiing Deer Valley, the Mayflower gondola is less than 3 minutes away and they will store your skis and poles overnight. Condo has ski locker as well to store your ski gear. Underground parking was a plus to not have to worry about a cold, snow covered car when getting out and about. I would definitely stay at this condo again next time we visit. My only suggestion would be to have TVs in the bedrooms (there was only one working TV in the living room) and also add some storage drawers in the bedrooms. The only storage for clothes was to hang clothes in the closet.

Great alternative to downtown Park City and Deer

Great location in the Heber/Mayflower area. This condo was a very clean, well equipped and a comfortable option for two or four. Easy access from 40 and only 5 minutes to the Jordanelle Express Gondola lift at Deer. A short ride to all Park City restaurants and Main Street. We would definitely return again.

Great stay, Modern and Cozy

Great location, only 13 mins to Park City. Newly renovated, clean, modern cool decor with a cozy feel. Would recommend to anyone.

Fishing Trip

Beautiful condo with a great view of the lake. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the Provo river in Heber! The pool was closed and the air conditioning took a while to kick in on return in the late afternoon/early evenings… but it was a really hot week in Utah. Overall, we would come again!

Comfortable condo with great view

Overall this was a very good place to stay with proximity to Park City. We enjoyed our stay there. Good things: The view toward the lake was incredible Garage parking space was secure and out of the weather Comfortable king bed Well appointed updated kitchen Deficiencies: The dishwasher was not attached properly Oven was not cleaned AC was not adequate on the few hot days that we had Bedroom got very sunny early in the morning because the shades being inadequate

Family ski trip fun!

We had such a great time in deer valley. The condo was perfect for post ski meals and hanging out. It was extremely clean and well stocked with pots and pans The location was super close to the gondola so we didn't have to sit in any deer valley traffic at the bottom of the mountain . The hosts were very prompt in answering any questions I had. Definitely going to come back again!
