Mahalo Melinda for your feedback. We appreciate your comments and would like to address the concerns raised. You were provided an early arrival on August 31. We do not greet people at the homes. We do perform a thorough pre-arrival inspection of the home to ensure everything is in working order. Unfortunately you contacted a third-party concierge service to report your issues on 9/1 instead of our management team. Once we received your call, our team responded promptly. Our maintenance quickly addressed the following: AC, shower, TV, Ice maker and cooktop vent: All systems were operational, and we provided clarification on how to use them properly. Spa: Our technician discovered the spa issue was caused by a guest tampering with the controls. A guest admitted to attempting to reprogram the system, which caused the malfunction. Hot water: Our technician found no issues with the water heater, but showed how to adjust the shower settings properly. Dishwasher: The dishwasher was discovered to be unplugged, likely due to a guest rummaging under the sink. Regarding your extended stay, we worked with you to offer a significant discount when you realized the booking error, despite this not being an issue on our end. We strive to provide excellent service, and our team responded quickly and professionally to each concern. While we regret any confusion, our home was inspected and amenities were operational upon your arrival. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve, but we believe our management and maintenance response was swift and effective in addressing all concerns.
