The Master bedroom features a private balcony, king bed, even an additional lounge chair for ultimate relaxation! Master bath has large tub/shower, great for soaking after a long day on the beach. Pack a big suitcase--- the walk in closet provides plenty of room!
The second bedroom features a queen bed complete with a futon sofa that offers a great opportunity to relax in the privacy of your own room while allowing for extra sleeping accommodations. A brand new ensuite bathroom has just been added!
The third bedroom offers two queen size beds and opend to the middle bathroom.
All bedrooms have brand new smart TVs.
Hall closet is stocked with water toys, boogie boards and board games for family fun. Feel free to enjoy them, just make sure to put them back for the next guest !!!!
Sleep sofa in living area allows for up to 12 to sleep comfortably.
Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is completely stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, flatware, dishes, crock pot, toaster, and coffee maker, even a kuerig! Dining room table seats up to 8 with extra seating at bar area.
Key pad entry system means you don't have to take a key to the pool or beach and never worry about getting locked out! We will provide you with a key code that is valid for your stay only and you will have someone to personally check you in.
Our floorplan allows you breathtaking, unobstructed views of the beach from the kitchen, dining area and living room. The large wrap around balcony can be accessed from any one of three sliding glass doors ! !!

Pelican Walk Condominiums are highly desirable due to their location and size. Pelican Walk is beautifully landscaped, smaller sized, family friendly, and perfectly located in the quieter east end of Thomas Dr, close to everything, yet far enough away to offer a tranquil setting. Perfect for those who want to avoid the loud noise and traffic from party-type places along Front Beach Road. There are less units therefore less people to share the beach, pools and elevators with. The complex has two large exterior swimming pools (one heated seasonally), an indoor hot tub and men’s and women's sauna. There are also tennis AND pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts and an indoor racquetball court. Free set of beach chairs with umbrella provided with your stay.
All guests must be 25 or over, unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The parents of under the age of 25 guests must stay in our vacation home with the under age 25 guests. Any falsification of age will result in eviction and loss of rental fee.
