This unruly guest booked for a single occupant and then showed up with 22 PEOPLE!!! Her propensity for the truth is elusive. She chose to ignore calls emails and communication from customer service as well as from the host. Which prompted an in person visit from the security company. During which an adult man (not a 12 year old) answered the door. Proceeded to lie when the booking guest presence was demanded. (She was out shopping until the group was informed they would have to vacate until she returned) She then came down to the door. No one yelled as the security footage has confirmed with VRBO. She was forced to adjust her booking to the actual number of guests which prompted a different price. She was not over the maximum number allotted as the property sleeps 23 and an infant. The additional security fee as stated in the house rules that this guest signed and acknowledged was prompted and charged for the security company having to go to the property in order to initiate communication. Parking permits for the street are only required from November to April; which she would have known had she read the house rules or manual. This guest is a perpetual rule breaker. So many house rules broken destroyed linens and the house left filthy. Fair warning to other hosts. I would never have her back.
