Breeze into Sea Breeze 215!! This 2/2 condo sleeps 6 comfortably and is the perfect place to relax and get away from it all. Sea Breeze is a low-density complex located across the street from the beautiful white beaches of Gulf Shores. Only one mile from Highway 59, anything you need is just minutes away!
THE SPACE: Staying in this comfortable condo feels like home away from home! Our entry is just steps from the elevator. This welcoming condo has lots of natural light, room for your whole family and comfortably sleeps 6. When you work up an appetite, cook up a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen. A dual coffee and K-cup coffee maker is provided. There is seating for 4 at the dining table and 2 at the bar. Relax in the living room which features a flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, love seat and lounge chair. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. The full-size guest bath has a tub/shower combo. For your convenience we provide a washer and dryer inside the condo. You will enjoy free cable TV and Wi-Fi internet while in the unit. We have keyless entry, no need to keep track of keys!
THE PROPERTY: This historic condo is nestled in-between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon. This low-density complex is right across the street from the beach. You will be one mile west of Highway 59 which is the center of Gulf Shores. Stay cool in the large pool located in the central courtyard. We have plenty of lounge chairs for you and your family to enjoy. There are also some covered tables next to the pool. For the grill master in the family, the complex provides 4 charcoal grills in the grilling located next to our large, shaded gazebo. Under the gazebo are several picnic tables to eat at or to escape the sun when needed. Our beaches are beautiful, clean and second to none! The dedicated beach access for Sea Breeze guests is located across the street via a signed walkway next to the Westwind condominium building. Detailed instructions are provided after booking. Sea Breeze is a nonsmoking complex with a designated smoking area located on the ground parking level.
Parking is FREE with one (1) parking spot marked 215 dedicated to your unit and there are also 6 unmarked spots available on a first come first serve basis. If needed, additional paid parking is available nearby at the convenience store, Pier 33, located just up the street.
*Must be 25 to rent, proof of age is required. *Non-smoking unit. *No pets allowed. * No parties. *Free parking, max 1 vehicle per condo. *A starter set of paper towels/toilet paper provided, bring extra if staying more than a couple of days. Beach towels are not provided.
THE AREA: You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores, conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, festivals and shopping. Local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA waterpark. Catch a thrill on the rides at OWA Amusement Park. Visit The Wharf in Orange Beach or Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature trails, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. Whatever your choice of entertainment, Sea Breeze is sure to be a winner with the family!
