• Each January, Hualalai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship. This event will result in temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities.
• The Beach Tree Pool at Hualālai will be temporarily closed September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with continued beachfront food and beverage service available during the project. Guests who have purchased access to the Hualālai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy Hualālai’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the unit.

- During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
- During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days prior to their resort access start date.
- During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk will open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
- During both Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on the lawns and beaches only, as directed by Pool Operations.
