The stunning resort-style swimming pool with lounge chairs and pergola offers the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy coastal breezes and features a separate private hot tub, dune walkover with separate sun terrace, beach volleyball court, and additional outdoor shower.

The private dock features a covered deck with picnic table, and the table at the end of the dock provides unparalleled views of Little SGI, the Bay, and the Gulf. Steps lead to a small white sandy beach area, perfect for casting a net or launching a kayak. Please note that swift currents in Bob Sykes Cut make swimming off the dock unadvisable. Guests are encouraged to swim on the Gulf beach nearby. Boats cannot be tied to the dock outside of loading and unloading. The use of the boat lifts is not permitted.

The ground floor’s enclosed foyer stairs lead to the floors above. The bunk room on the ground floor is accessed from the screen entertainment area and provides additional sleeping for 6. The elevator is available for guest use.

The first floor’s living area is sure to be a favorite gathering spot, and features a fabulous billiards table, a large sectional sofa (sleeper) and flat screen TV.
