Rejuvenate your Soul and get away from it all in our lovely 5br 6.5ba ISLAND BEACH FRONT home that can accommodate up to 14. New interior paint and cabinets. We are in a gated community and in addition to our hot tub and outside hot & cold shower, our guests have access to the club house and all it's amenities. The amenities include tennis, pool and gym. Our home has an elevator, making it possible for any one from 1 to 100+ to enjoy our unique island. It's only a short walk to the beautiful cut between St. George and Little St. George providing great fishing and spectacular sunset views. Additional amenities include:
3 king master BR's, concrete parking for up to 5 vehicles, enclosed outdoor hot & cold shower, outdoor bathroom, fish cleaning station, WIFI, multiple smart screen TV's and blue ray player, charcoal grill, well equipped kitchen for those who love to cook-2 refrigerators and 2 ovens - instant hot water feature -perfect for multiple families or large families , multiple covered porches, wet bar with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, thermal coffee maker, wood bumper pool table with card table top, enclosed Florida Sun Room,

Wonderful everything!!

This property is as advertised! very spacious and accommodating! Can't beat the location! Our party was 3 adult couples and there was plenty of room for all to spread out and get their alone time when needed. SGI and the Forgotten Coast are both winners for a laid back beach destination. The hosts are VERY welcoming and responsive! Definitely a place to return to!

Casa Del Soul stay

The house was excellent for our party of six including one member n a wheelchair for whom the elevator was a godsend. We have stayed in other SGI houses past summers and everyone agreed this was by far the best.

This is a exceptional vacation house right on the beach .

Our family has been going through Saint George Island for 30 years, Mostly staying in the plantation. It had Everything as advertised and more. We would recommend it without reservation!

Home is adequate size and location is excellent. Communication was good. Promo material is not accurate. No golf cart rental for 300 is available. No 3:00 check-in either. Kitchen is under stocked, lacking even minimal needs. Many, many household repairs have been neglected. Our party made out fairly well, however I cannot unconditionally recommend this property. Maintenance and attention to details within the home need substantial work.

Amazing space with breathtaking views

Gorgeous spacious property for our annual family vacation. House was clean and tidy and laid out perfectly for all of us. The kitchen was my favorite space as it had such an open concept that we all were able to prepare meals together while making memories.

Wedding Getaway

This property was perfect for our wedding! We stayed with family and had the wedding on the beach with a small reception at the house with friends. Maria was amazing to work with throughout the processes. I the sun room facing the ocean was our favorite!

Perfect for family

This place has it all. Perfect location, beach not crowed. Almost like you have your own private beach. The views are awesome. All the comforts of home. Maria was quick to help with any questions we had. We will definitely try this place again!!

What a great place, we had a great time with Family and Friends. Plenty of room, great kitchen. Ice makers were not working well but we made due. Look forward to booking again.

We enjoyed having so much space in the house. We enjoyed cooking together in the huge kitchen, relaxing on the beach and balconies and just being together as a family. My husband said I chose well and he is ready to book again for next year!

Perfect location and lovely house.

This house was exactly what we wanted. We had 6 adults and we had plenty of space to spread out, cook and watch the dolphins off the decks. We were close to the cut where we walked for the sunsets each evening. Communication with the property manager was easy. Would rent again.

This home was absolutely perfect!

This home was perfect for our Family! Loved being able to walk right out onto the beach. The views were amazing. The kitchen and living spaces were so spacious yet cozy. The kitchen was well appointed… let’s talk Icemaker, double ovens, every size pot and pan you could want, KitchenAid mixer, Keurig, Two refrigerators, large pantry, spices available. All of the bedrooms had amazing views and comfy beds. We loved it so much we are planning to book again for next year! Maria was always so responsive & was great to work with.

What a trip! We loved the house. It was everything we had expected and more!

Our 12th year to go to St. George. As always great family time. Our first stay at Casa and it was the perfect place! We had plenty of room for us all to enjoy. The furnishings were nice and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the elevator was a life saver for the 2 grandmothers! Our first year ever of high winds kept us off the beach. (Very sad). But the house allowed us to lounge and visit. We plan on coming back next year!! Thanks to Maria for a wonderful stay.

Great location, good communication…focus on a few details would delight guests

Wonderful private beach setting with unobstructed views of the gulf. Super comfortable, family friendly space with room to gather and to make great memories. Highly communicative and responsive management fixed minor issues with lights and smoke detector battery the next day. Room to improve in some areas: a few appliances need to be upgraded (range and mini refrigerators in particular); some issues with outdoor spaces (screened porch where hot tub is in need of maintenance, storage room for beach items not orderly and contained numerous aged/broken items, no serviceable outdoor grill) need some investment to make them shine; small touches such as high end towels and some complimentary bathroom and laundry room items) would be appropriate in this price range. Don’t let the minor items deter you, but be mindful that a few aspects of this property need just a little TLC. Overall a very good experience.

Family vacation

The house was very nice with a great location near the Cut. The beach was great and very secluded with few people around. The house was very comfortable overall. The check-in process was excellent. One big problem was the window coverings allowed so much light in & offered no privacy from adjacent houses. We had young children who had trouble sleeping because of how much light came in each room. Hopefully better window coverings can be added. The kitchen had two refrigerators which was great for storing drinks & extra items. The dining table was a little small for such a big house - there was 9 of us (7 adults & two babies) & it was very tight to all sit together for meals. One weird problem was the stovetop knobs did not match correct temps which took us awhile to figure out. Overall we loved the house & location and we would love to use it again, especially if the window coverings can be improved.

Perfect Location

First, the good parts of this house: incredible location close to cut and with Plantation amenities. Huge kitchen that accommodated our family of 11 fairly well. Great pantry and second refrigerator were lifesavers. Beds and baths as advertised. Excellent supply of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys! Now, the downsides: The layout of decks was strange. Top deck had no access to lower decks or beach. Overall, bedrooms and bathrooms were snug. The kitchen needs a deep cleaning. One drawer is broken. For a house that sleeps 14, there were NINE forks. No regular drinking glasses. Just barware. Batteries were missing from remotes. The Jenn-Air stove top has some years on it but it worked. However there was no vent hood. If you want to really cook, be prepared for the house to smell for awhile. Air filters were so dirty that our son replaced them with new ones during our stay.

If you love peaceful yet fun, fishing in the bay or surf, Shelling, Sunning, and watching great sunrises/sunsets, this is the perfect home for your friends and family. We have a new sitting are on our boardwalk plus we are just 200 or so yards from the cut. We take a glass of wine to the rocks every evening and watch the sun set. Bike through the Plantations winding trails. * My wife loves to shop the boutiques and artsy stores for which there are many in the St. George and Apalachicola area.
