LAYOUT Ground Level - Covered and uncovered parking for 4- 6 vehicles. - Private boardwalk to the beach. - Tiled entrance hall and entryway. - Laundry room equipped with an additional full-size refrigerator and a stainless steel sink. - Outdoor dining with picnic table. - Outdoor shower. - EV Charger available for an additional fee.
First Level - Primary king suite with en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. - Queen bedroom with deck access and an en suite bathroom with shower. - First bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds and an attached bathroom with shower. - Second bunk room featuring two twin-over- twin bunk beds and an attached bathroom with tub/shower combo. - Family room with a sleeper sofa, access to a beachfront deck, and a pool table. - Shared hall bath with shower.
Second Level - Living, dining, and kitchen spaces featuring an electric fireplace and views of the beach. - Kitchen equipped with two dishwashers, a 42-inch refrigerator, and a 36-inch electric range. - King primary suite with an en suite bathroom with shower. - Queen bedroom with adjoining bathroom with shower. - Easily accessible half bath.
Third Level - Spacious king primary suite with a large private deck. - Primary bathroom with dual sinks, shower and a spacious walk-in closet.
GUEST ACCESS - Parking available under a carport. - EV Charger available for an additional fee. - Use of community pools, tennis courts, and walking/biking trails. - Direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk. - Access to a fish cleaning station.
NEIGHBORHOOD - Located in the Plantation gated community, offering access to Bob Sikes Cut for fishing. - Close to local amenities in the St. George Island community.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - Pets allowed for an extra charge and subject to specific rules. - Accommodates 22 guests with 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, 4 twin bunk beds, and 2 sleeper sofas. - Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. - Renters must be at least 25 years old. - Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. - This is a non-smoking property. - Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

The house was great! We enjoyed our family vacation. Kitchen was stocked, but I would recommend you bring kitchen towels for a large group.

A Great House Except For One Thing
The house on the ocean with the balconies were great.
However, the kitchen level balcony did not have a view of the beach, and as a result the parents were unable to monitor their kids on the beach.
The sleeping arrangements we great as well.
The big negative was that the house was advertised as having a working elevator. With several of the guests over 65, the stairs were a major downer. I doubt we would have reserved a four story house without a working elevator. So you can imagine the daily “ear-full” I recieved.
The oven/stove was not in working condition. The Staff arranged for a replacement which was installed on Day 1 and Thanksgiving was saved! The C&C staff jumped into action on day 1. They were all Great. The didn’t even complain when hauling the over up three flights of stairs.
