Sit on the balcony and enjoy seeing the longest fishing Pier on the Gulf of Mexico, and sun kissed sky views!

The Master bedroom provides you with a relaxing oasis to rest peacefully. This room sleeps 2. Enjoy waterfront views, breathtaking sky views, and the entertainment of the TV from the comfort of a king size mattress.



Your 2nd bedroom has (1) queen size bed. Enjoy the TV in this room. This room sleeps 2. This bedroom offers a bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway.



Your 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with (2) twin beds: This room also offers and TV for your entertainment. This room sleeps 2.



The living room offers a pull-out couch bed which sleeps 2.



The balcony provides spectacular views from east to west. You will feel like you are in a beach oasis. Ideal location to view the sunrise in the morning and the magnificent sunset in the evenings!



For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you`ll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.



Fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and much more!



The main open area is spacious with plenty of seating for all our guests. In addition, it is the perfect area to view the Gulf. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.



Large capacity washer and dryer available in the condo.



Resort amenities include a well equipped workout facility, three (3) pools, one of which is a heated pool, three (3) heated hot tubs, and outdoor grills.



We are located walking distance to several restaurants and to the pier. Summerwind Inn is a premium resort with high-speed elevators, luggage carts, and a covered entrance.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):



*Exceeding maximum occupancy.

*After first warning for disruptive behavior.

*Bringing any type of pet into the home.

*Smoking in or around the home.

*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.



Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.

If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.

If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.
