Perched at an altitude of 4,300 hundred feet, the home boasts two expansive decks boasting beautiful year-round views clear down to the Blue Ridge Parkway! A gas firepit, a grill, and a dining table set the stage for outdoor living on the main deck, while a private hot tub adds an extra touch of comfort, as well as breathtaking views. You'll also enjoy a convenient location close to great fishing, hiking trails, and Lake Glenville. Additionally, the charming towns of Cashiers, Highlands, Sylva, and Franklin are within reach and all offer a multitude of activities to discover and explore. Western Carolina University is also less than 10 miles away.

Gather in the main-floor living area for shows and movies on the smart TV equipped with open Roku access or sit down at the window-facing desk to chart the cosmos, with binoculars and a star map provided. The full kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils needed for painless home cooking. Central heating, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

THINGS TO KNOW
Access note: Please plan on arriving during daylight so that you may clearly see the road your first time. The road leading to the cabin is a one-lane gravel road. With higher elevation homes like this one, the access roads will be steeper, narrower, and curvier than you may be used to driving. Consider it part of our rural mountain charm! The access road is not suitable for large trucks (dually, 350/3500s, long bed-extend cabs).
Per HOA rules, dogs must be kept on a leash when going for a walk.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
