Before your arrival, we accommodated your request for an early check-in by expediting our cleaning team so you could access the property three hours before our standard check-in time. When you raised concerns after checking in, I immediately offered to cancel the remainder of your reservation with no penalty and even let you stay your first night free so you could find another home that better matched your expectations. You chose to stay for the full two-week reservation. I also refunded your cleaning fee in full, which you confirmed receiving.
