This property overlooks serene farmland and is less than 3 miles from Seneca Lake and roughly 8 miles to Keuka Lake. Finger Lakes Farmview is right around the corner from the Seneca Lake Wine Trail which offers over seventy miles of scenic vineyards, wineries, breweries, fun places to eat and explore. There is spacious parking for guests, trailers and campers. Hobart and William Smith College located in nearby Geneva and Keuka College in Penn Yan are both a short drive away.

Awesome rental. We had a great week. No issues whatsoever! Extremely clean and an accurate description of property. Close to many fun activities. Great choice for our annual girls trip!

The farmhouse was lovely. Just two small suggestions. The shades and curtains in the master bedroom could be darker, my daughter and her husband kept getting woken up early. One other thing, we just noticed today. One of the kitchen chairs is very wobbly.

Great location

Was a nice stay for our family. We really like the gazebo outside as it kept the bugs off and allowed us to send our rkme outside. Location was great as it was right between 2 cities.

We had a wonderful stay during the Musselman triathlon. The home is located on a pretty main road but traffic was never an issue. Enjoyed nearby winery, breweries, and many state parks and waterfalls. One particular highlight was the nearby ice cream shop, Spotted Duck.Our host was excellent, responding to us quickly. Anytime there was a question.There's so much to do in the nearby area, we hope to come back one day!

Loved it!

The house was exactly as advertised on VRBO! It was super clean and comfortable. We all felt right at home. We ran into a few snags the first day there, but the host was very responsive and very pleasant. It was the perfect location for what we came to this area to do & it was super quiet. Thank you Tom & Meg! We would definitely stay here again if we get back to the area, which we hope to do soon!

Spacious and great location

This is the second time that my friend and I have stayed at this house. We are planning on staying again next year. We call it our Spring Quilt Retreat. There's plenty of room to spread out. The house is very clean. It has beautiful views of farm fields out the dining room/kitchen windows. Hosts are quick to respond to questions. We really enjoy our time there.

LANDING PAD IN BELLONA

The property was a welcome sight, displaying neat and attractive entrance with homey amenities such as a large comfortable screened gazebo sitting area, barbecue grill, and firepit with seating areas. The inside was just as welcoming and homey. Rooms were tastefully decorated with different themes and the living area was spacious and well supplied with all utensils one might need. We loved relaxing by the electric fireplace each evening after our days of full activities. The location was centrally located to all the wonderful offerings of New York's Finger Lake Areas. Tom graciously stopped in late after his hard day of work to prime the fireplace so we could warm ourselves in total comfort before retiring the first evening there. Loved the entire experience and felt so comfortable at the property. My sister and brother-in-law have already booked an even longer period of time for themselves next year. Thank you Tom and Meg for providing such a welcoming haven.

2024 Bike Trip

This is one of the top places we have stayed while on our annual motorcycle weekend. It was spotless on arrival, the owner was very responsive and friendly. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommend.

Great location in the Fingerlakes

A nice 3 BR 2 bath farmhouse ranch off rte 14 with easy access to the wineries and breweries. Beds were comfortable and plenty of dishes and towels for our 5 night stay. Would come again

Wine Tour with Family

We enjoyed our stay at Meg’s home. The property was exactly as described. The communication was top notch—any questions were answered within minutes. There was ample space for 6 adults and we enjoyed the patio/firepit/gazebo in our down time. Perfect location for Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Everything was well stocked. We would stay here again if we needed accommodations in the area.

A great escape

This property was very clean and comfortable. My two friends and I enjoyed it so much that we are planning on staying there again next year around the same time. It was quiet and relaxing. Very friendly, attentive host. If you are wondering if you should stay there don't question it. Book it. You won't be disappointed.

Enjoyable, comfortable property

The main bathroom sinks weren't very clean and had trimmed hairs in them. Spa tub had someone else's hairs in the bottom. None of us used it! The door trays and pull out drawers in the fridge were all dirty, didn't need/use these either. Other than that, the place is cute, comfortable, convenient to the vineyards, shopping and restaurants in Penn Yan. We all agreed we would stay there again.

New year’s getaway

Property is very pretty. It suited me, my friends, and my dogs very well. We went on several different beautiful hikes within 15 minutes of the house. The house was big enough for the 6 of us to all hangout and play games. The WiFi was having problems when we got there and we notified the home owner and they came over and fixed it right away for us. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Everything we expected and more! We loved it. So comfortable and peaceful. Hosts were great to deal with. Even had a welcome picture from a wee one. A rainbow on our last day too!

Home away from home

The property was beautiful! Very spacious and had everything we needed! On the first night we messaged the owner because we couldn’t get the fireplace to work and they showed up to fix it maybe 5 minutes later. Super happy with our stay

Adorable

My husband and I loved our stay! The location was close to Geneva, Penn Yann and Hammondsport NY. The property owners are attentive and friendly! We stayed with our “fur baby” that loved the outside farm scenery and walks. I recommend staying here! The fresh cut flowers and beautiful handmade “welcome” sign was such a nice touch. If you will have us, we will be back.

Just Wonderful!

I can't say enough about this property and our experience with the owners. Everything went so smoothly. Meg and Tom answered all our questions and responded immediately when we called. The property was so beautiful. The house was surprisingly spacious. It was clean and welcoming. I have mold allergies and can say that the air quality was great! We had no issues. The screened-in gazebo was an added bonus and was perfect for family dinners. The proximity to Lake Seneka is close and easy to get to. Everything we wanted to do was 5-30 minutes away. We highly recommend this property!
