The Space:

Soft ocean breezes drift across the private lanai as the shoreline stretches out before you, with views that shift from sparkling water to city lights as the day unfolds. Mornings begin with coffee in the open air, while evenings invite you to settle in after exploring Waikiki’s beaches, shops, and dining. From this high-floor retreat, the rhythm of the neighborhood feels close yet comfortably removed.



Living area

The living room offers a relaxed place to recharge between outings, with a pull-out sleeper sofa and a 65-inch Smart TV for easy downtime. Large windows keep the ocean and skyline in view, while air conditioning and room-darkening shades help maintain comfort throughout the day. The open layout connects seamlessly to the rest of the space, making it easy to move between lounging, dining, and the lanai.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is set apart by a sliding door and features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and a 43-inch Smart TV. Storage space, linens, and extra pillows and blankets support both short and extended stays. The bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and living area, includes a walk-in shower and bathroom essentials for daily routines.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, whether starting the day with breakfast or winding down with a simple dinner. The dining table seats four, and the private lanai offers an inviting alternative for meals with fresh air and changing views. Coffee is included to help you settle in with ease.

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 15, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.

• A parking pass will be available after check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please remember to return both the parking pass and keys at check-out to avoid additional fees.
