There is everything you need right at the end of the street ( 2 min) the beach front and sheltered bay, coffee shop, takeaway and public transport. There is also Capricorn Tavern and Cedar Park shopping centre with in walking distance.

The property is let as a whole house option only but has two separately self contained levels, perfect for two families or multi generational family travelling together. You have private and exclusive use of the whole property during your stay.

Upstairs has three bedrooms comprised of King bed bedroom, Bunk bed bedroom and a Queen bed bedroom. There is a deck out front to watch the sun go down and a hanging chair under the pandanus and festoons making it the perfect spot to chill.

A full kitchen with induction stove and convection microwave, pantry supplies and comfy king sofa in the living room, bathroom with bath and shower plus a seperate powder room.

Access to the lower level is via the back stairs to the play area, fire pit and lower undercover entertainment deck and BBQ.

Downstairs has a King bed bedroom and two singles in bedroom two with toys for the kids and space to play. There is also a bathroom with shower, laundry / wet bar and full kitchen with induction stove and oven, fridge and bar fridge. Down stairs has flat access to the back entertainment area, fire pit and play ground.
