Welcome to your home away from home! This cozy home is tastefully decorated and has 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds, along with 2 full bathrooms. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything Sarasota has to offer. Approximately 15 minutes to the famous Siesta Key beach and 10 minutes to downtown. 1 1/2 miles to the Amish village of Pinecraft, where you will find a fresh market, restaurants with home cooked food, and a coffee shop. Minutes from a Legacy Trail trailhead.

This airy 3/2 has everything you need for a memorable getaway! Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in lanai beside the beautiful private pool. Spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine at one of the area's beautiful white sand beaches and come back to relax poolside. The backyard is fenced in, offering you the privacy you desire. When you are done swimming, head inside to watch a movie on the 60" roku tv in the living room (bring your own subscriptions).
Each queen bedroom has its own smart tv. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, walk in closet, and large sliding doors that open to the lanai/pool area. Open the curtains and step outside to bask in the sunshine!
Common bathroom has a newly tiled tub/shower.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals to enjoy around the dining table which seats 6 people, or take it outside to enjoy on the patio. Choose between a drip coffee maker or a keurig to brew your favorite coffee.
Guests have access to the washer and dryer, located in the garage.
We provide bath towels, beach/pool towels, 3 beach chairs, linens for each bed, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.-all the basics to get you need to get your warm weather getaway started!
