Hidden Hollow- An adorable cottage within walking distance to town for shopping, dining, galleries, churches, tennis, public pool, nature trails and more. Here, you have end of the road privacy, but are not secluded- very convenient.

This home could easily pass as a three-bedroom home- the open loft serves as the 3rd bedroom, and shares the upstairs bathroom. The great room offers an impressive floor-to-ceiling gas-log fireplace, beautiful hardwood floors, and a Smart TV, making it easy to enter your credentials to watch the programming you're used to. There's an open kitchen and dining area. Covered porch is a nice escape and overlooks the beautiful lush forest and stream- you would never believe you are just one block to town. Gas grill located just off porch. The Mst BR has a King bed and private bath with jetted tub, the loft area has a trundle bed, and the guest BR has a queen bed and private bath. There is a half bath off the great room, and the laundry area is just off the kitchen. This home has central heat and air conditioning, and even though it's small, it "lives large" with all the separate living spaces available.
No Smoking. Only small dogs will be considered. This home has WiFi.

This home has a three- night minimum, except for HOLIDAYS AND SOME LOCAL EVENTS.
The rental app you are using may allow you to make two or three-night rentals during these times, but that doesn't mean the reservation will be honored.
******IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION******

When you book your reservation through VRBO/Homeaway, the Property Manager handling this property will be notified by VRBO/Homeaway that a reservation has been made.
You will be asked to enter your credit card information, but you will not be charged for your reservation at this time. You WILL be charged a nominal service fee by VRBO/Homeaway. The fee is between you and VRBO/Homeaway; the property manager has nothing to do with the fee.
After the property manager has been notified of your reservation, you can rest assured this property is being held for you. You are booked.
The property manager will email you a lease. The lease will need to be reviewed, signed and returned to the property manager. If you haven’t received a lease within 72 hours it could be because the property manager/rental office is closed. (Operating hours are Mon-Fri 10:30-4) OR you may need to check your SPAM folder. Your lease will have options- usually the price you pay will be less than what is shown because all the options are listed.
The property manager/rental office for this property is a small-town business and we’ve been renting properties for over 30 years. We use VRBO/Homeaway for rental leads/reservations. A portion of your rental proceeds goes to VRBO/Homeaway for their service.
