Great place in Indio

The location is super convenient and easy to get anywhere. The entire place is great…from abundant outdoor living spaces to the multiple bedrooms make it the ideal place for families.

Had an amazing time at this home! It’s been the best rental we’ve stayed at. The hosts are great and quick and very responsive! They are very friendly and easy to work with. The home is beautiful and the amenities are good! Definitely staying here again.

Great house and great card/game room!

We had a great stay and everything was clean and the hosts were communicative. The game room with the pool table and card table was perfect for our Bachelor party! Indio is a little far away from Palm Springs, so keep that in mind depending on what you have planned.

Work retreat

We were in the Palm Springs area for a work retreat and needed a place to stay. It was comfortable and easy. Code for the door did not work at first but the manager was easy to contact by phone and got us in quickly.

Perfect for a fun get away with friends!

Rented this home with 13 of my close friends for a bachelor party. Check in was simple and easy, all the provided amenities are amazing!! Spa is controlled from a tablet inside, the game room is awesome, fire pits and bbq worked perfectly. Any time we needed to communicate with the owners, they were extremely helpful and quick to respond. We have all agreed we would most definitely come out and stay again, even without a planned event.

Lots of space

We stayed in the Moon Palace for 5 nights with 11 adults and 1 infant. The house was plenty big enough for all of us, great backyard area, and all the beds were very comfortable. A little loud at times, as it backs onto a fairly busy street. The railing to go upstairs is coming out of the wall, so that was a bit hazardous for people who needed the railing. Definitely needed more stuff in the kitchen, we needed a platter, a casserole dish, more coffee mugs and wine glasses, as there was not enough for our group. Over all, we would stay here again.

Good enough

we went for my daughters 7th bday with another family excited to have a pool house in the desert... so we were set on having a blast. overall we had a good trip and the location was convenient but we did have one big issue with this rental and that leads me to recommend NOT using this home owner to rent from...... we paid an additional $140 a day for pool heating (annoying but somewhat standard additional charge) however this was very frustrating because the pool was not heated upon arrival (as agreed to) and essentially we could not use the pool for over half the trip because it takes so long to heat up. then the tablet used to heat the pool was a little confusing in that it had numerous "aux" tabs that could be turned on without any explanation. so we turned on the various pool auxiliaries in attempt to ensure the pool would actually heat up. the pool did finally heat up by the second half of the second day to finally start swimming. however this was a "problem" per the owner and he supposedly called my phone a few times while we were in the pool (so i had no idea anyone called). the dude then SHOWED UP IN PERSON TO NAG AT US ABOUT THE COST OF ELECTRICITY WHEN ALL THE "AUX" ARE TURNED ON. ALSO THEY HAD CAMERAS IN THE BACKYARD, talk about an invasion of privacy!!! PROS - location is close to freeway and other useful spots like food, gas, starbucks, grocery, etc - large space with ample bedrooms CONS - sub-par kitchen - cheap broken drapes that kept falling - see above

Hi Nima, as a host i tried to comply with you in every possible way i could. That is what I do with every guest that stays at my home. Usually things always workout because my hom have a 5 star rating. Upon your arrival, I send a message that says to every guest the instructions on how to use the pool equipment. You decided to turn on all the pool equipment at the same time which is not allowed. You can destroy all of the pool side equipment as well as many other things that have to do with the house. Not once did you decide to contact me about any sort of issue knowing i respond to my guests in a matter of minutes. Seeing the problems going on and not be reached out to by you I decided to call and text you several times and ask if there is any help needed and still you did not respond. With Nima not responding and me very much not wanting things to break in my house, i decided to go to the house myself and see what the issue is. When i got to the house i asked if any help was needed and they said no everything is amazing and basically they have everything under control when i know they didn’t. After trying to help in every way i could, I unfortunately still got a bad review left from Nima. Im very sorry if things didn’t go planned your way, but as a host i try to keep all of my guests very happy.
