Each bedroom is generously sized and thoughtfully designed with modern standards for both style and comfort. Every room has its own TV, offering relaxation and entertainment for all. The primary bedroom features a private balcony with stunning lakeside views, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a peaceful desert sunset. The living area is equipped with fun games like shuffleboard and board games, while the fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for group meals and gatherings.

Outside, the home sits right on the water, offering a peaceful escape. Lounge on the chaise lounges as you soak in the calm of the lake, or take a dip in the pool with its perfect lake view. Enjoy afternoons barbecuing, playing on the putting green, or simply relaxing in the comfortable outdoor space with a full yard misting system. This home accommodates up to 15 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.

●Pool: Fully smart automation system with easy spa control (pool heating: $50/day, at 90 degrees) ) infinity feature, sofa seating, cantilever umbrella. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously as is normal with most pool/spa systems. The heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating, we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Any refunds issued as a result of a guest cancellation will exclude the payment processing fee, unless the California Cancellation Policy is applicable.

- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES --

1. Absolutely NO lake access per Terra Lago community rules. Guests will be immediately evicted.

2. As per the City of Indio Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.

3. Pool heating is an extra $50/day and pool will be heated to 90 degrees. If you’d like the pool heated, we require 24 hours` advance notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR for the entire duration of your stay if it`s less than 3 days.

4. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

5. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

6. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

7. No more than 4 vehicles allowed. There is absolutely NO overnight parking allowed in Terra Lago. The community will issue a fine.

8. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.

9. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.

10. An additional cleaning fee of $130 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.

11. The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 9–13 and April 16–20, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 23–27, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.
