This townhome is only 10 minutes away from Downtown Marietta, 10 minutes away from Kennesaw State University, and surrounded by many places to eat and many things to do. Location wise, it is exactly in the spot where you would want it to be when visiting!

We welcome repeated guests anytime! You are able to book both short term and long term rentals based on availability. I also own a Real Estate Brokerage located in Kennesaw. If you are looking into buying, selling and/or investing, please feel free to pick my brain at any moment for more information & helpful tips. I also own a storage facility in Canton, GA about 20 minutes from this townhome.
