In the winter, you'll have your choice of world-class ski/snowboard options, with Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Breckenridge all within easy reach.

At home, you'll enjoy year-round views of Mount Royal and all the space you'll need for a relaxing group getaway. Sunlight and vaulted ceilings frame the great room, and baseboard heat ensures toasty home comfort. A plush sectional and TV are provided for casual gatherings. The private balcony makes an ideal spot to start your day with a cup of coffee. When it's time to eat, the stainless steel kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils for handling home cooking with ease. Free WiFi is also on hand for modern home convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
