Sandy, we are glad you mentioned that the property was clean, because that is one of the most important things for us and our guests. The mattresses you mentioned have garnered us great reviews on other short term rental websites and your complaint is surprising. We spared no expense when we bought these types of mattresses because we too have had back problems in the past and these firm memory foam hybrid mattresses are designed to support your back while you sleep. We have blinds in every room on every window. Next time close the blinds! If all your complaints stem from the fact that we could not allow you to check in early or check out late as you requested it is because we have a cleaning service that needs adequate time to prepare the condo for other guests.

Hello Edith, It is unfortunate you did not enjoy your stay at the condo. We strive to provide our guests a truly enjoyable experience. We do not like bad reviews and we use them as opportunities to improve the experience. However, we take issue with much of your review and find it all unsubstantiated and made in bad faith, most of it stemming from a miscommunication between yourselves and the travel company you booked with to reserve the condo. Please book with us directly through Vrbo to avoid any unnecessary confusion going forward, and not with a third party account that uses Vrbo. The pictures show exactly how the condo is available to guests. The condo is exactly how it is pictured in the photos, with a comfortable couch, 3 large queen beds, flat screen tv, high speed internet, beautifully updated kitchen and bathroom, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a modern sleek feel that is minimalist and spacious. We disagree that this is sparsely furnished unit as you indicated, but we understand that this minimalist design may not be for everyone. However, the pictures showed you exactly what you were getting. It is true that you knocked on the above unit door, but you did so at an unreasonably late hour (past 10 P.M). Check in was as early as 4:00, but you and your guests checked in past 8:30. That is fine, but we were woken up when you knocked on our door past 10:00 pm when you asked where the trash can was, and were told that it was in the kitchen closet. You then asked where the toilet paper was located and that too was found underneath the bathroom vanity cabinets. After this, you were told to send a message through the Vrbo app for any other issues. You had 4 guests for 2 nights so we provided 4 towels, we also provided you with extra hand towels and paper towels the very next morning . . . We are new to Vrbo but strive to provide a pleasurable experience and we are constantly improving along the way!
