You will NOT be disappointed in this beautiful 2 BR / 2 Bath + hall bunks condo at Gulf Place Caribbean at VERY reasonable prices!

There is NO CONSTRUCTION currently in process! All of the stairs and balconies are COMPLETE.

*New paint, flooring, bunkbeds and complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, countertops, appliances, lighting, etc.) for our unit completed in 2023! New bedroom furniture in 2025!

There is a King size bed in both bedrooms, and 2 twin size bunks in the hallway. There are 2 full baths - one in the master suite, and one that adjoins the hallway and the second bedroom. Every room is large and spacious.

The kitchen has everything you need including a large pantry for groceries so you don't have to keep all of your snacks sitting on the counters in the way!

We are located a few steps from the pool on the first floor (no lugging floats, towels, a cooler, radio, etc. to the beach and pool), so you can peek out and see if there's anyone in the hot tub, step in and grab a drink, run back in for a magazine - it's SO convenient!!

There are THREE brand new pickleball courts (2025) as well as tennis courts, shuffleboard, THREE pools, hot tubs, walking trails, onsite restaurants and shopping, and SO MUCH MORE!

Stay connected to the world with the FREE WIFI and THREE Smart TVs (a 52" in the livingroom)! Just log into your NetFlix, etc. accounts and start watching!

We also have a washer and dryer so you don't have to pack your entire closet!

What guests love most about our condo? NO heavy traffic, NO congestion, NO crowds, ALWAYS a perfect spot on the beach to lay your towel or place your chair! You won't find that in Destin or Panama City! Escape the crowds and come RELAX - isn't that what vacations are for?!!

Gulf Place is right across a small street from the beach - you can easily see the private access from the beautiful, large patio that's right next to one of three pools, BBQ grills, and a beautiful lake with a fountain!

Another thing we love so much for kids (and adults!) is there is a HUGE grassy area where you can play football, baseball, frisbee, kickball, or just run around and feel grass between your toes instead of sand! You won't find this amenity anywhere else - kids LOVE it!

There is onsite shopping, as well as wonderful shopping nearby - Silver Sands outlet mall, Destin Commons, and Pier Park are all less than 30 minutes away - some as close as 10 minutes! Also, the Gulfarium, Big Kahuna water park, mini-golf, dolphin cruises, theatres, a go-kart track, and some of the best restaurants you'll ever enjoy! There is a Wal-Mart (with groceries), as well as a Publix grocery store five minutes away, and a 10 screen movie theater is now only 10 minutes away at Grand Boulevard in Sandestin!

Gulf Place Caribbean on highly desirable 30-A is THE perfect place for a romantic weekend, a girls' weekend, a reunion, weddings, family vacations, and MORE - again, you will NOT be disappointed! Come stay with us!

*Please note: During the summer months, even though we only post a minimum 3 night stay, we do try to obtain weekly rentals only. We will accommodate a shorter stay during this time if we are close to the arrival date and have not filled up. Thank you.

Great time for a spring break getaway!

Our stay was great! We had everything we needed inside the condo, and it was located to conveniently by the pool and beach access, which made it so quick to run in for a drink or sunscreen. Gulf Place had so many great places within a very short walking distance; we didn’t even get to explore all of them this trip!

Lovely place and so convenient

Majesty is super easy to work with and very helpful. We love the location relative to pool, beach and places to eat. We have stayed here several times and will keep coming back.

Great location that was close to the beach. Good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The property was clean and well maintained. Communications with the manager were excellent.

Great Condo and Location

The condo is at a great location in Gulf Place. We have young kids and appreciated that this unit is on the first floor. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great place!

Wonderful location and property amenities were over the top! Management is super helpful and property was clean. My only minor complaint would be that the air condition unit cannot be set below 72 degrees and doesn't run super cold. I probably need more air than most though - middle aged woman!

Relaxed and rejuvenated!!

This was our second stay in this wonderful condo! This place is so perfect for my family, and meets every possible need. This is the best location!! You may not have a view of the ocean, but rest assured, you are not missing out. You have a perfect view of the pond and fountain, and the walk to the beach is so convenient from this unit. The best part is that you literally are steps to the awesome pool. The owners are so sweet and friendly, and they make it so comfy and cozy for you that you will want to come back time and time again. We love it!!!

Happy Renters

We had such a wonderful vacation at Gulf Place Caribbean, and the condo could not have been in a better location. It was literally steps from the pool, which made it so convenient and more than made up for the fact you do not have a beach view. You do, however, have a nice view of the pond and fountain. We would gladly give up the beach view for the convenient location of this unit. We enjoyed the grill that was right outside the unit as well. The beach access is right across the street, and was so easy to get to. The unit was comfortable (very comfy beds), and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the fact that you could walk to the local shops and restaurants, and enjoy the onsite summer concert they have each weekend. We are sold on Gulf Place, and would definitely stay in this unit time and time again! The owners are so pleasant and nice to deal with too. Love this area so much, and we met so many nice people on our stay.

Perfection in Paradise!

This is the perfect place to enjoy everything the Emerald Coast has to offer! The first floor condo is easy to access. Just a few steps from the parking area to the front door. The unit is well maintained and the decor/furnishings are beautiful. The unit is bright, spacious and has all the comforts of home. The patio is large and perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the mornings while watching the sun rise or an evening meal while enjoying the beautiful sunset. The heated pool is literally eight steps from the patio and a hot tub is only a few steps further. The beach is only a 3 to 5 minute walk from the unit. The property is very quiet and conducive to nothing but rest and relaxation. I visited other beach communities in the area and I much prefer the Gulf Place location. Seaside and some of the other areas feel uncomfortably congested and crowded compared to Gulf Place. We found multiple restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive. Stinky's Fish Camp had great seafood, as did Goatfeathers. There are more shopping areas within a 15 to 20 minute drive in any direction than could possibly be visited in a weeks time. The beds are comfortable and to have two king sized beds available in one unit is almost unheard of! I can't say enough good things about this unit and the owners. They were friendly, quick to reply to my email requests, answered all my questions, and were very helpful in suggesting all the places the "locals" prefer along the Emerald Coast. My friends and I enjoyed a weekend of doing nothing more than resting and relaxing in this beautiful unit. I will definitely return again and hopefully will be able to stay even longer! I feel very blessed the owners of this beautiful condo are willing to share it with others. I'm already planning my next visit!

The Best at Gulf Place!

We’ve stayed at several condos in Gulf Place and this one is by far the best!! The pool is steps away and the beach just across the street. Very clean and well-appointed. Majesty the owner is a joy to communicate with and very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Special time with family.

I have been renting this unit for several years and I have never been disappointed. The living room has plenty of seating, the bedrooms are nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. I look forward to being back next year!

Perfect Location

This was a perfect location for our family. Easy walk to get our morning coffee and a great seafood dinner. The pool and walkway to the beach are steps from the back porch. It was nice to have a couple of chairs and a small ice chest to take with us to the beach.

Second time just as great as the first

We came last year and loved this condo so much we returned this year. It’s our first time doing a return visit to the same condo but we loved everything about it we had to come Back. Majesty is wonderful to top it all off.

Easy beautiful area

Everything was great at this facility. It was my second time renting from this location. Within walking distance to the beach. Right next to the pool. The only down side this time was that the people above us were very loud, walked heavy and jumped or dropped things on the floor constantly until midnight or later.

Wonderful Stay!

This was our third stay at this property. It was wonderful as expected! It’s perfectly stocked and located to cook and live with young kids. We had prompt, courteous, and professional communication with our host, Majesty. It’s such a pleasure and awesome opportunity to see the kids growing up with memories of beach summers!

My husband and I have vacationed in this area since we married, and we fell in love with Gulf Place Caribbean the first time we saw it. We looked at TONS of places to purchase, and this was, hands down, the BEST of the BEST! Come see - we know you'll agree!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love going to the Donut Hole (10 minutes away) every time we vacation here - be sure to try the Vanilla Angel donut - it's to die for!! It's a good thing Gulf Place has some of the best walking and biking nature trails around so we can burn off those calories!
