Rental notes: The main renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and be staying at the house with their party for the entire stay and must be willing to sign the Legal Rental Agreement. Also anyone in the party that wants to drive the LSV (low speed vehicle) must be at least 25 years of age, provide a photo of their valid Driverā€™s License, up to date auto insurance card and email addresses. No animals permitted, to avoid damage and severe allergy issues.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly as pictured, clean, and gorgeous! Communication with the host was quick and easy! We loved having The Big Chill right across the street and a just a few minutes in the LSV to Deer Lake State Park for beach town! Prominence is settled right in between Seaside and Alys/Rosemary, making for an easy and beautiful drive both ways.

House and area were so nice. I was worried about finding beach access points and it was so much easier than i thought, and so many to choose from. We'd def recommend staying here. PS... was surprised to see how many stores and restaurants didnt take cash. Just a heads up.

Great multigenerational stay!

Our family stay was perfect on all counts! We would love to stay at this property again! Our group was a 73 yo-me, 49 yo- my daughter, 20 yo granddaughter and her partner 22 yo. My granddaughter is pregnant with twins, so this will be the last family trip for a while. We enjoyed the amenities- including the Cloud couch- perfect for a nap! Thank you so much!

30A - Ideal Location

This was first attempt at a VRBO. Owners/hosts were super helpful and explained everything. Had plenty of beach chairs and toys available. Everything was clean and pretty just like the photos! Neighborhood was quiet. Good location between shops and food. Big Chill was super convenient for a quick bite to eat. Would stay again for sure!

The property was beautiful and everything we could ask for! I would only recommend a small vacuum for the floors and add in the listing the parameters around the thermostat settings. We like our house in the colder side. But over all a great place and I highly recommend it!

We loved this beautiful home! We had a wonderful stay at the Prominence! This is our second time staying in this community and we love it! It is a quick golf cart ride to Deer Lake beach access which is nice. Also, the the hub is right across the road and has fun things to do, restaurants and shops! The home had everything we needed and was very clean! The property manager was a quick text away with anything we needed. We would definitely stay at this property again! Our family of 4 had the best vacation!

Fabulous rental

This townhome did not disappoint! We found it to be fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and more! The furnishing were nice quality and the home was throughly clean upon our arrival. The golf cart was super handy along with The Hub (restaurants and shops) directly across the road. The property manager (A.R.) was awesome. She was always quick to respond to any of my questions. Our family gives this rental 5 stars which helped make our vacation fantastic!

MOMCATION

We had the best 5 days in 30A, first time there in 14 years and the townhome did not disappoint, so clean every detail of the decor and amenities were perfection. We as a group of 4 moms come together every year to just relax and unwind and we peacefully did so at prominence. The hosts always answered all of my questions and I asked a lot lol. Amazing recommendations to good restaurants! We would come back again. Thank you so much for being so great! 10 stars ā­ļø

Gorgeous home in lovely location

Our family spent spring break enjoying all 30A had to offer. We loved the location in between the hustle of Rosemary and Seaside. We had friends staying all along 30A. The golf cart made it very easy to load up and head to the beach, out to dinner, or shopping. We appreciated that prominence was very secure, orderly and family friendly. The big chill across the street was perfect for meeting up with friends, grabbing coffee in the morning, or food throughout the day. The home was comfortable and organized for our three daughters. The owners were prompt with all communication. Thank you for a great week!

Great community for family

This rental worked very well for what we were looking for. We came for 6 days with my 3 kids, wife, and 2 in-laws. It was a little farther from beach access that I anticipated but it was an easy bike or golf cart ride there. The rental was very nice and well taken care of. One thing that must be prepared for is paper goods as only a limited amount of TP and paper towels are provided. Not an issue if you know in advance, which we did. Beds were comfortable with smart TVs in every room. The golf cart is quite the beast. All in all, it was everything we needed for our family FL trip. I would not hesitate to stay here at all.

4th of July Getaway

We came for a brief reset, finding the residence to be impeccably tidy and generously supplied. Our stay was cozy and inviting, evoking a sense of being at home. The surrounding neighborhood offered a delightful array of amenities that we thoroughly relished. Our shopping and dining experiences at The Big Chill, conveniently situated just across the street, were particularly enjoyable. Although within walking distance, we opted for the convenience of the golf cart to travel across the street. As for our beach outing, we swiftly reached Walton Dunes Beach with a short 3-5 minute drive. I was slightly disappointed to realize that I had overlooked the fact that the home did not have an upstairs deck. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we eagerly anticipate renting again in the future.

Clean, comfortable, modern condo

This property was perfect for our stay with our young adult daughters. Beautiful, stylish, high-end unit. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the home, as well as the pools, grounds, and the community areas! Even the public beaches and facilities were super clean. We made good use of the beach chairs, beach canopy, beach towels, LSV and bikes, all in new condition. Glad for the laundry supplies, bathroom soaps and cushy towels. The beds and pillows were super comfy, although the master bed was loudly creaky on one side.We found 2 nearby Publix and ate in for most meals and even used the grills at the pool; the freezer had a rapid ice cube feature (!!). We spent every evening around the big dining table, playing cards and board games found in the tv console. There were ample amounts of dishes, silverware, and food storage containers, but short on serving dishes and cocktail glassware, and a dish rack, knives sharpened, and cleansers/cloths would be helpful additions.The Big Chill area and surrounding community was enjoyable and safe, surprisingly tranquil but busy at the same time, with plenty to do for young families, couples and friend groups alike, but also incredibly relaxing. The ownerā€™s notebook with summaries of each beach, the facilities, parking info, photos of the pathways and entrances, and their notes on their favorites, was extremely helpful! The beaches were further away than we expected but the LSV was handy for that. We loved our stay!

The location of Prominence is perfect especially with The Big Chill/The Hub directly across the street. It is centrally located on 30A and a great place to own and stay in.

White Sands 30A is beautifully situated on a wooded lot. Very quiet back deck to relax on. The Cloud furniture in the Living area is very comfortable and posh. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare great meals.
