One home winter/Two homes available June-September

Awaken to the sound of the loon and watch the blue heron dive for fish on beautiful Squam Lake also known as Golden Pond. Two homes which share a large private beach and dock space are available for weekly summer rental June 30 to September 1st for $5000 + 8.5% tax (lower rates off season.) A quiet spot for your summer getaway or peaceful off-season rental.

We rent the houses independently off season, weekly or monthly. School year rental possible. Please inquire for rates. They are variable depending on whether renting both houses or one house, which house, length of stay and time of year.

Charming Lakefront house built in 2005 with spectacular views has three bedrooms, lovely screened-in porch, 2 full baths and sleeps 8 including trundle beds. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, telephone, baseboard oil heat.

Lake View house, renovated in 2006, has lake views, two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, large living room and porch and sleeps 7 including a rollaway bed. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, baseboard oil heat

Great for all seasons. Located on Big Squam Lake in Holderness, N.H. Just 6 miles from I-93 and 2 hours north of Boston. Near outlet shopping in Tilton and a full service spa in Meredith.

Amenities: Lakefront house has three bedrooms, two full baths, sleeps 8, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable TV, telephone, enclosed front porch overlooking private beach, boat dock.

Lake view house has two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, sleeps 7(including bunkbeds and rollaway cot), fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, 3 season porch.

Summer: Convenient to all Lakes Region attractions – Swimming, boating, fishing, hiking. Rent a kayak next door and explore the beauty of Golden Pond. Visit Church Island available for church service on Sundays or enjoy a relaxing Sunset Tour of the lake. Holderness is a sweet little town with a marina, restaurant, gift shop and large Science Center.

Explore all the splendor of the White Mountains with abundant hiking trails or visit the Holderness Science Center where you can study the wonders of nature. Rattlesnake Mountain is 10 minute drive and has a delightful family hiking trail with a spectacular view of Squam Lake.

Winter: Walkout to cross country skiing, ice sailing, ice fishing, ice skating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling. Close proximity to excellent downhill skiing, and many fine restaurants. There is also a full service spa at Church Landing nearby. Lakefront house has views of the mountains and kite skiers/skaters as well as ice fishing.
