Waterfront 3 bed/3 bath on Squam (#1)

Make memories at this newly renovated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom suite at The Boulders at Squam. There are 2 bedrooms that each have a queen bed, private screened porch and private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed with a twin trundle bed that pulls out from underneath.

This suite was part of a classic motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 3 were combined to make a larger suite. This suite shares the 2.3 acre and 585 feet of water frontage with other cabins and suites. The property has a beautiful beach with complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pits, gas BBQ grills, a swing set and a swim raft. A perfect place for your family and friends to enjoy the lake!

The property is in a natural setting and contains uneven terrain that may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Guests are asked to wash all dishes, broom sweep the floors and dispose of trash in the dumpster prior to departure.

This rental is pet friendly! We encourage you to bring your well behaved pets on vacation with you. We do require that pets are kept on leash at all times when outside the rental and that they are not to go on the beach.

Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guest 24 hours prior to check-in.

Smoking is not permitted on the property.

Guests have full access to anywhere in the suite. We encourage guests to explore the grounds both on land and on water. Please do not go under any buildings, in basements or in the barn. Thank you!

There is a thermostat on the white wall mounted heater in each room that controls the electric heat. Please make sure to turn the heat and AC off when it is not needed or when you leave.

The televisions are Roku smart TV's and can access apps like Netflix or Disney Plus.

Our septic systems are fragile so PLEASE do not flush anything that is not toilet paper, even if it says flushable.

Guest placing reservation must be at least 25 years of age.
