Designed for comfort and connection, the interior offers modern furnishings and flexible sleeping arrangements across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all located on the main level.

Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and ceiling fan. Upstairs, enjoy a bright open-concept living space featuring a large living room, dining area, game room, half bath, and a modern kitchen with island seating.

Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or hot tub. There is no physical fence or gate surrounding these areas. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times and ensuring water-safety practices are followed. The use of flotation devices for children is strongly recommended.

ℹ️ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and front door for safety

Regular pest control is provided, though occasional desert insects are possible

Minimum age of primary renter is 25 and must be present during the stay

A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking

A $500 security deposit hold is required (see house rules)

Festival-season bookings follow strict cancellation policies with no exceptions
