While we appreciate all feedback from our guests, we must clarify some inaccuracies in your review. Firstly, we want to reiterate that you booked for one night by mistake, and we kindly requested payment for the additional night that you requested to stay. We explained the charges to you in detail and even sent you screenshots of the reservation breakdown. Unfortunately, you seemed to have difficulty understanding the charges and were not willing to pay, which caused some tension between us. We also want to clarify that we did not change the advertised booking price after you booked the property. It is impossible for us to do so.. We urge you to please check the reservation details carefully before booking any property to ensure that you are aware of the total cost of your stay. We want to clarify that the booking rate that you saw on VRBO was the rate for the specific dates that you booked. Our prices change based on demand, and at the time of your booking, the rate for the second night was $190. Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that you did break some of our house rules during your previous stay. Despite this, we did not penalize you and even offered a credit or deduction due to the refrigerator issue that you experienced. We believe that we have been fair and honest in all our dealings with you. Regarding your insinuation that you would leave a bad review as leverage to get a discount, we find this behavior unacceptable. We take pride in providing a high-quality service to all our guests, and we cannot compromise our business and our home for any amount of money.
