Welcome to Gulf Shores Plantation 4502 in the brand new Building 4, completed in Winter 2022-23! This complex offers a wide range of amenities, making it the perfect destination for families seeking a fantastic vacation.

Inside this condo, you'll find a well-appointed one-bedroom, one-bath unit with accommodations for up to 6 guests. The condo is brand new and has been tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind. The bedroom features a queen bed, and there are built-in bunk beds as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. The decor has a beachy and inviting feel. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare delicious Gulf-side meals. The balcony provides a great, straight-shot view of the beach.

Building 4 is home to the main amenities for Plantations East. You'll have access to the brand-new indoor dome pool, a sauna and steam room, as well as a large meeting room. A short walk will take you to the beach, another great feature of this property. There are numerous entertainment options on-site, including multiple pools, basketball and tennis courts, and more. Additionally, you'll find the famous Kiva Dunes Golf Course and pro shop right next door. Don't forget to visit the Sassy Bass restaurant for lunch or drinks; it's conveniently located on the south side of the complex next to the beach.

Additional Information:
Parking passes are required and can be purchased via a link sent two days before your arrival to secure parking.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Boats or trailers are not allowed on the property.

Lovely place!

Great place! Rather small but met our needs. The pools and beach were great. Property was clean. Would recommend a few more kitchen items such as hot pads, a baking dish or two and a mixing bowl or two

It was a great stay! The facility is very nice and it was very quiet. There was plenty of room on the beach and the pool was lovely. The only issue we had was needing a broom to sweep sand and there was noticeable mold around the air vents in the living area and bedroom. I reached out to management and they said they would take care of this issue but it is worth noting for those who are mold sensitive. We’re happy with check in and the management group. The unit was cute and was fine for our family since we were at beach/pool mostly!

Didn’t want to leave!

We had a great time. Not too far of a walk to the beach! The condo was nice and clean. Location was great - not too far from town so you can still go and do fun activities! If I could change anything (and this is being SUPER nit picky), it would be the size of the patio table. We spent a lot of time out there and it’s a little hard to get around. Overall - great place and would definitely come back again!

Our room was dirty. The sheets had not been changed on pull out bed, steps on bunk bed have not been washed, don't think blanket in bedroom have been washed either. Blankets were all very thin and no extra blankets. The bunk beds are half a twin bed and could only be used for small children. There was sand all over the floors and there was no broom or mop to clean sand with. There wasn't a single rug to catch sand. There were 4 of us and the largest pot and pan were tiny. Kitchen doesn’t have enough cook wear for a family. No dish rags or dish towels, no pot holders. Couch bed has broken piece that was taped and mattress is worn thin. Dining room chairs about to fall apart. When I called the office they just said it's all on the owners of that room.
