You will fall in love with this home's convenient location. You are located right in the heart of Port St. Joe and within walking distance of the public beach. If you are interested in fishing, this is the home for you! There are several fishing charters just a short walk or drive away. Come back home from a successful fishing trip, clean the catch of the day using the fish cleaning station, and then rinse off in the outdoor shower before going inside and turning everything into a delicious homemade meal.

This two-story home features an inviting living room where you all can spread out comfortably after a fun-filled day! Stream entertaining movies and series on the smart TV or gather around the center coffee table to play some of the provided board games. Whoever gets to be the chef during the trip will have a blast cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. Complete with modern stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare culinary masterpieces, the kitchen will make cooking a breeze. When the sun sets, step outside to take in the beautiful views as you all gather around the firepit for some storytelling. Then, when it's finally time to hit the hay, four comfortable bedrooms await. Additional amenities include covered boat parking, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and central AC.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor grill and the stairs on the backside of the home are not for guest use.
The upstairs one-bedroom apartment, which is locked from both sides of the door, has a long-term tenant.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
