Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

For the price the place was great. Nothing over the top but it got you on the beach without paying a huge price. Location was hard to find easy access to restaurants.

Overall very comfortable stay. Excellent location and great views !It would have been nice to have some basic kitchen supplies such as dish soap/ kitchen towel dishwasher detergent .

Two chairs were broken and not safe to sit on. We found cockroaches in our bathroom. And I was told prior to my arrival there was no kitchenware. So I packed a ton and got there and found out there was kitchenware. Very upsetting. I would appreciate if my parking could be refunded as I’m very unhappy with my stay.

This is dirtiest place I have stayed at. The reviews don’t lie, there are cockroaches, mold, dirt inside the malfunctioning drawers and stains everywhere. Someone vomited in front of the elevator and the vomit stayed there for at least 3 days, we checked out today and it was still there. The parking garage was flooded. The towels had holes and stains in there. The whole experience was gross.

I gave 1 star because I'm not able to give zero!! One star because the beach is very accessible.. however the staff is Horrible, not polite and not informative at all! They would ONLY provide fresh towels AFTER WE had to bring down our DIRTY to exchange! THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! The unit has NOTHING you need inside. Nothing to eat or drink with. Floors are dirty..Dirt is just painted over on the walls the. The beds are hard as rock! THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! And Raina said the front desk top flight security is Nappy headed and RUDE!!

Great place

The place was clean. It was spacious. The only thing I did not like is that they do not have washcloth so when you come, bring your own washcloth, but I cannot complain too much because the price is exceptionally great.

The front desk staff and night guard were very helpful and friendly.but that is were it stopped got up to our room the floors were gritty we had roaches in our bathroom. The kitchen is one of the most unkept unprepared kitchens i have ever been in. (No dish towels,tee towels, one small pot , measuring spoons or measuring cups.no dish liquid no dishwasher deergent. Missed matched dishes and flatware. We made do but seem to me if you are going to purchase a condo at least supply it with the necessities needed.The internet and cable were hit and miss , i used my own hot spot. The view was nice a little noisy but pretty. This condo need some TLC. The host did respond but after i had sent a message thru vrbo and texted, emailed and called directly.

Everything was fine with the property. All we did was sleep anyway. Clean beds clean towels and everyone was super nice.

Not a great experience

When my friend got injured on the property it's like we were treated differently after he fractured his knee cap on the property for not putting up wet floor signs and so after it seemed like the manager was not happy overall not great plus the place was not how it looked in the pictures but I don't have pictures of my stay because it was bad and not clean there sofa was damaged it was just overall ugly plus the people staying upstairs were very noisy it was a problem for my daughter to sleep cause of the noise even though I did not complain

Great choice for a small group!

The photos of the living area were not entirely accurate. They features a larger suit with a large couch and television but that was not accurate of our suit. Everything else was amazing however and would definitely book again.

Pretty spartan

The unit was not as pictured. Amenities were minimal (no dish soap, coffee filters, paper towels, etc.), towels were small and worn, extra charge for beach umbrella and chairs. Parking on site but at an additional charge. The unit was clean and staff friendly. Drawers in dresser in master were broken, so you open the top drawer and all of them open. Good location, nice view. Probably would not stay here again.

Location good

The place we stayed in was not what you see in the pictures. We thought we were booking a nice, clean, higher end place to stay and this building is old. construction happening during the week and was loud in the unit, the inside definitely not updated and modern as shown in pictures. Different unit all together. Not even paper towels in the kitchen. All in all we had a good time but just know what you are in the pictures is not the place you stay.

Roomy with good views with easy access to the beach

The biggest plus was that the apartment was roomy with great views. It was not the exact unit pictured in the listing but similar enough. The apartment was clean, but the carpet was peppered with stains and is overdue for replacement. The building could also use some renovation or at least better maintenance as it shows wear and tear. As noted by others, the elevators are old and slow. Some of the pool and beach staff seemed somewhat cold and could barely understand or speak English. We loved the easy access to the beach and the loungers provided by the property. Overall, we enjoyed the stay but we would try a different place next time.

Most disgusting place I have ever had to stay

Arrived late and lobby smelled of weed and front desk looked like a transient hotel. Room nothing like pictures!!! Location of room was noisy and nothing remotely related to beachfront or a master suite. The rooms smelled like mold. Sheets were dirty and stained, moldy baby bottle under bed, hair on dining room table. Toilet didn’t work. Texted and took 10 hours to respond. Refunded 2 days after my son and I started to have major allergic reactions to the mold. VRBO little help in the situation. Don’t stay here.

Family trip

Apartment was great size two bedrooms two full bathrooms lots of closet space, porch , good size living space. Good value for the price! The apartment was clean (old carpet and outdated bathrooms but clean). The communication before check in was also good, they answered any questions I had and check in process was easy Things to know: kitchen had no oven mitts or kitchen towels. It’s more like a hotel than Vrbo in that way compared to what we have stayed at, there are towels one per person but you need to do your own laundry more in line with Vrbo and there is a common laundry machine in floor. The pool was dirty, I was there when there were many kids and it didn’t seem like it was being cleaned, lots of dirt from toys etc floating around. Also pool- you get one towel per day per person so if you leave area mid day you have to carry your towel with you instead of getting a new one later

Subpar other than location

Positive: Location Negative: - No check-in instructions provided. - Property manager contact phone number on listing was incorrect and had to contact VRBO support to help sort out, which introduced stress at the last minute. - Property is in need of major upgrades - from pool area (most chairs are broken), to lounge, to elevator (one of the 2 elevators was out of service for 40% of our stay; even when both elevators worked, they are so slow that there is always a line to use the elevator - during pick times, we had to wait 10+ mins to be able to get on - seems like there is no service elevator as we are also fighting for space with service staff). - Unit's carpet (bedrooms are carpeted) need an upgrade - it has stains, it's faded, and just does not convey cleanliness. - Check-out is at 10am but the property team came to pay us a visit 3 times starting at 9am by simply opening the door with a master key without a knock to check if we are still there and/or remind us to check out on time - we checked out at 9:45AM.

Super location but unfortunately too poor quality for the price

There were five of us in the apartment. The view outside over the bay is fantastic. But there were only 2 chairs on the balcony. So enjoying the view with the whole group was difficult. The apartment has so many closets that you might think we were traveling with half a year's worth of luggage. For the rental price? Never! You hardly dared to open the closets because some of the hinges no longer held up well. The carpet felt strange. Kinda stuck. A toilet brush was missing in both bathrooms. The shower was so low that only people smaller than 165 cm could fit comfortably under it. There is a large kitchen, but almost all the cupboards were empty. There was only a minimum equipment for 5 people. Cutlery, glasses, plates - counted for 5 people. Pots and glitches were old and scratched. We found red lipstick on the wine glass. Somehow we had the feeling that the apartment is carelessly furnished. pictures crooked. Electrical installation of the TV crooked and slanted. The TV remote control was so sticky that we didn't use the TV. Overall we had the impression that the house is in need of renovation (apartment, hallway, pool, garage). positive: the staff was very friendly and courteous. Communication with the landlord was great.

Stay elsewhere, there are other places in the area

I’ll start by saying that the room was spacious and clean. The communication regarding check in procedures is non existent. We were unable to check in the day we were supposed to, when I tried to check in the next day instead I was bounced from person to person when I called. VRBO couldn’t figure it out who I needed to speak with. I finally was told to contact the host. I did and once they finally responded (not in a timely manner) they refused to refund me the day. It is an older property. It must have been something in its prime, but now it’s a sad remnant of the past. The property has a retirement home vibe. Most of the doors are locked in the lobby. The onsite store was shutdown at some point along with everything else. The pool closes at dusk, so does the tiki bar. So if you want to swim or get a beverage, do it while the sun is up. The restaurant on property closes early. If you want room service order it before 1:00, they seem to stop answering the phone shortly after that and they close at 2. The other place that serves food, Louie’s, opens at 6 and closes at 11, it was closed before 11 the two nights we tried to get food. The phone in our room did not work, we reported it, it was never fixed. There were towels no wash cloths. The toilet paper was cheep, the rolls were labeled .69 cents and it was obvious. The TV only works for local channels and continuously buffers. The towels and bedding had an add smell like mildew. The listing shows a beach view but it is not
