One acre in a canyon with small stream at bottom, patios, back deck overlooking canyon & fun Kids toys. Sweep off the giant trampoline in the stream bottom and enjoy.

We are happy to help give suggestions as to activities and your itinerary. You can check yourself in but we're available as needed.

Parking is available for 1 vehicle and plenty of free street parking down the driveway for extra vehicles.

We are pet friendly for dogs & cats but we do have dogs and a kid so your pets need to be friendly towards kids and housebroken (any animal damage will cause an additional repair/cleaning fee to be assessed at the end).

The spaces are cleaned and sanitized after each stay for health and safety measures following the Covid-19 protocols.

You have a full washer and dryer.

Other things to note
NO EARLY CHECK-IN. House needs to be cleaned throughly before your arrival.

A CODE WILL BE SENT TO YOU, PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. The code is sent the same day of since code has to be changed every time.

NO EARLY CHECK-IN, Sorry but people check-out at 11 and after they leave sheets, towels and blankets need to be washed, as well as clean and sanitize the whole house.

-QUIET TIME is from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. NO PARTIES or events are allowed.

-NO LOUD MUSIC, there’s guests in the same property right next door for that reason we ask that NO noise comes out the walls after 10 p.m. (You wouldn’t like noisy neighbors).

-NO SMOKING, recreational drugs or vaping allowed inside the house
